A number of shocks have hit s. California this afternoon with the quakes probably centered in Mexico.
And....another season of baseball underway!

Yes, it was the battery. Hubby got it going.
Was able to catch three Grands for hugs before school and went to the grocery store. Have one Grand here taking a nap. I am joining him now.
I watched some of that game.
I meant the “won the game we would have lost last year” needed an explanation for the uninformed (me)
Looks like t’storms before long. Horses are in and pups taken care of.
We had only a light rain, then sunny skies, and now it seems to be clouding up again.

Just for the record, I find most cell phone companies to be rather devious and underhanded.
Early this morning, at 2:15, my indo cell phone rang. I answered it. It was my next door neighbor, from INDONESIA! Both of us were very surprised. She told me what she needed and we marveled at the great voice quality and got off the line.
Tomorrow or Saturday I’m getting a US company’s sim card for my Nokia phone.
The man wouldn’t know the truth if it hit him in the head with a 2x4!!
Well, I slept until noon and so I’m still working through the list of what I had planned for my day. Couple more hours to go. I’m updating donor lists and writing to my partners. I’m taking stock of how much we have pledged and how much more we have to go. I’ll also prep my record-keeping of new contacts. Tomorrow I’ll begin contacting people. That is, if I wake up during daylight hours, I will.
I forgot to add. I must go car shopping sometime.
Wow, I just saw a crawler on Fox that said figure skater Nancy Kerrigan’s brother was indicted for manslaughter in the death of their father. The segment went to commercial before I could read any more.
Oh my!! Sad!
My weekend is here! I’m taking tomorrow off (except for 2 hours from home on my laptop). What kind of car are you looking for?
This week has been hard to take on the foreign policy front with this administration!
It occurred to me today that O has likely deliberately picked a fight with Karzai for some reason...perhaps an excuse to pull out of the country and war effort there?
The Fox Queer just reported on the story and it was all about the “international community” wanting Karzai to behave in certain ways.

Fox reported the Kerrigan son was drunk and got into an argument with the dad over use of the house phone in January. He grabbed the dad around the throat, damaged his trachea which allegedly led to a coronary and his death.
The family is “disappointed” in the DA’s decision.
One that runs and runs and runs and costs only about $2000.
