You are so right!
Hi, tiapam!
Hi Mama_Bear to you too! I’m watching Dancing With The Stars. Do you like it? Hope you are having a good evening!!
Yes, I usually watch it, if nothing else is on. It looks like they have some talented dancers this season. I am impressed so far. :-)
Oh are those two adorable babies!!!
I pray many MANY more wonderful days ahead for you both. I want a Yorkie!!!!
Thanks! LOL! That’s so cute!
Polly, I don’t blame you! Yorkies are very loyal, loving, sweet, adorable, dogs - not to mention CUTE AS ALL HECK!!!
I used to think I might want a big dog - but there is nothing like a little yorkie. Nothing.
Just look at Harley!
Thanks so much. I think they are adorable, too! You want a Yorkie, too? That would be great!! They looked identical at 6 weeks. As they got older, d’Ogee kept getting bigger,so I nicknamed her “MY Chunkie Yorkie”! Most people can’t believe they are sister’s, because of the size difference. LOL!!!
You cant see it, hear it, or touch it, but scent is powerful. The smell of things like crayons, petunias, and colognes evoke memories that transport me to the past and bring to mind people and places I might not otherwise recall.
Some celebrities have fragrances named after them. Fans can identify with an actress or singer by dabbing on the scent bearing her name. Along those lines, Ladies Home Journal published a quiz to help readers determine the perfect fragrance for them. The idea is that every woman, to be memorable, should have a specific scent associated with her.
The idea of a signature scent is not new. God introduced it as part of worship. In the tabernacle, a certain scent was to be associated with the Lord (Ex. 30:34-35). The people were forbidden to use this fragrance for anything but worship (vv.37-38).
This idea continues under the new covenant, but with a stunning difference. Instead of using incense to make people think of Him, God uses Christians as His signature scent to the world (2 Cor. 2:14-15). The fact that God identifies Himself with us in such a powerful way is a truly humbling thought, and causes me to ask, What do people think about God as a result of being around me?
Sarah Helen Whitman had a beautiful poem on spring, "Wood-walks in Spring." It starts out:
As the fabled stone into music woke
When the morning sun o'er the marble broke,
So wakes the heart from its stern repose,
As, o'er brow and bosom, the spring wind blows:
It is important to start fighting it now. Grassroots activism stopped it before, and I believe it can also this time with the Dems exhausted from forcing Obamacare on us. I hope McCain will be defeated. He is more determined to push it than Obama.

Sometimes I feel just like that picture.
Thanking God for FR and Amy’s Place.

Well Amen to THAT!
I am also intrigued by this picture you just posted (you have posted it before and I love it!), because of the reflections and shadows and water on whatever she is standing on is so very beautiful.
I want to hear you are feeling better today! (but want it to be true!) :)
Good morning, ltos. We are all thankful for FR and Amy’s Place. :)
I am feeling better..I am posting in bed....I will see what happens when I attack the messy kitchen and laundry...LOL
The picture intrigued me, too..I do not have a location.
