"24" Themed Countdown Clock (1 Minute)
Set in New York City, "Day Eight" unfolds amidst the shadows of the Statue of Liberty and the United Nations as President Allison Taylor (Jones), alongside new chief of staff ROB WEISS (Chris Diamantopoulos), negotiates international security with OMAR HASSAN (Anil Kapoor), a determined Middle Eastern leader visiting the U.S. on a peacemaking mission. As the new day begins, an upgraded CTU operates under the command of M.B.A.-schooled, razor-sharp head honcho BRIAN HASTINGS (Mykelti Williamson), who supervises quirky CHLOE O'BRIAN (Mary Lynn Rajskub), expert data analyst DANA WALSH (Katee Sackhoff) and systems analyst ARLO GLASS (John Boyd).
COLE ORTIZ (Freddie Prinze Jr.), an ex-Marine who wants to follow in Bauer's footsteps, leads field operations while Agent RENEE WALKER (Annie Wersching) returns with an agenda of her own. Created by Joel Surnow and Robert Cochran, 24 is a production of 20th Century Fox Television and Imagine Television in association with Teakwood Lane Productions.

Jack planted a listening device on Logan,
That was the second time he fell for that trick. Remember when his wife put that transmitter pen in his coat pocket way back when in that warehouse?

Edge of your seat action. Did they change writers mid-season? The last 2 or 3 episodes of 24 are some of the best of them all.
Amazing.....Now they’re going to make me wish there was a season 9.
To: NautiNurse
My prediction two weeks ago: Bauer takes down Taylor, Logan and the U.N. building topples into the East River.
If that happened, the fans would demand a 9th season and help fund it.

Yeah me too, I think a movie is in the works.

One of Charles Logan’s flaws was that he loved to talk. He was always talking about what he was doing, what he had done, what he was going to do.

I would go for getting the sim “that way” if the assassin evoked anger and hate..he really did not...at least not for me. He was “flat” zombie-like character (like Jack is right now) ...as opposed to many “evil” more complex characters that have been used in the past.

I was just appeasing the Suns fan on the thread!!!!
Truth of thew matter is LBJ kept bringing up the elbow as an excuse, no matter what he said about it.
Kobe’s knee is bothering him, get’s treatment for it, doesn’t say word 1 about it unless asked about it, then goes out and drops 40(21 in the 3rd)and kicks the Sun’s asses all over Staples Center.
LBJ only wishes he were Kobe....

dang, they got BLONDIE...data card secure...She should have swallowed it! She should have just uploaded the damn video to YouTube.
I can upload an iPhone video to YouTube with a couple of taps. It doesn't have an SD card slot to upload a video from another source, though.
If nothing else, she could have emailed it to everyone in her address book.

When Chloe mentioned that there was one agent left who could go look for the guy who was helping Jack, I thought for sure she was going to call Morris.
Have we seen him this season? My mom and dad think he might be dead.

...And in the end, the love you give is equal to the love you take...Emotions run high as the harrowing day climaxes with resolute President Taylor closing in on a world-changing peace treaty and a vengeful Jack Bauer taking matters into his own hands for one last and unforgettable job. The events of the groundbreaking and iconic action-packed series come full circle.

This is a two hour show. Folks who use ‘peace treaty’ in a drinking game will not make it to 10 pm. For this reason I propose that ‘peace treaty’ be disqualified in drinking games tonight.
