Based on initial reports about the administrations plan for NASA, they are replacing lost shuttle jobs in Florida too slowly, risking U.S. leadership in space to China and Russia, and relying too heavily on unproven commercial companies.
If the $6 billion in extra funding is for a commercial rocket, then the bigger rocket for human exploration will be delayed well into the next decade. That is unacceptable.

running backwards, full speed.
There is nothing in our history, lives or our future, that Obama will not do his best to destroy.
Obie screws the Astronut.
Too little and too late!
Nelson will whine but he’ll fall into line like a good little Democrat behind Harry Reid.
Someone should ask Billy which he would rather have sold his political (and IMHO mortal) soul for:
#1. His 4 (heavily filled with dem seniors) Florida counties with the Medicare cut exemptions, to SAVE Obamassiah’s Obamacare,
or
#2. Keeping KSC running on into the future with GWB’s “Back to the Moon By 2020”, with all of the jobs and tourism and National exposure (free advertsing for Florida Tourism) and all of the revenue it brings to Florida.
You should have went with the KSC Bribe, Bill. I can’t, no wait, I CAN believe you are that stupid.
The people and families whose lives Obamassiah will be ruining by killing KSC will be on your political tombstone.
Heaven probably won’t even be able to help you should you even try come back here to clean out what was once your office and your home.
“Nelson now trying to show his independence.”
Nah. Just another Democrate lying to the many space workers in his district to keep them voting for him. He could care less personally. It is his political carear which matters, not anything to do with manned space exploration - just lip service like any good Democrate.
Nelson talk is cheap...until there is true action behind those words...we don’t care what you say......

Anybody that cares about honesty and integrity will do everything they possibly can including the threat of being fired to make sure this guy gets thrown on his ass. He’s a traitor plain and simple.
