If its new concept truck is any indication, General Motors Co. may enter the hip urban mini-truck fray against the Kia Soul and Nissan Cube.
GM's GMC brand unveiled the short, wide Granite at the Detroit auto show Monday. It's a cross between a panel truck and a minivan. GM says it's loaded with electronics and features that appeal to young professionals.
The Granite's sides open like French doors, and its rear seats flip or fold to the side, creating enough space for a mountain bike, even with the tailgate closed.
If GM decides to build the Granite, it would be the smallest vehicle ever assigned to the GMC brand.

That doesn't look like a truck to me.
From the GM press release:
"If brought to market, the Granite would be the smallest GMC ever but has been optimized to feel much larger."
The bright boys at GM learned 0bama double-speak real fast.

Looks like a real piece of under-powered uncomfortable dangerous cr*p from Obama's Government Motors.
Only a fool would buy this mini-coffin "truck."

Looks like those faggety lib mobiles like the Honda Element or Scion.
They probably come with an obama sticker already on the rear bumper.

Let’s make a POS and call it a truck.

They probably come with an obama sticker already on the rear bumper. LOL. Or perhaps an engraved steel plate that cannot be removed without the fenders falling off.

Looks like something the sheep herders on Brokeback Mountain might like. I’ll stick with real pickup trucks.

That’s what they call a truck? They killed the Kodiak line of real work trucks on Obama’s boys’ orders.

This was the only photo from their web site that showed it with people. It's really small. It's an urban vehicle, probably good for tooling around inside the city. I couldn't imagine hauling anything more than a bag of groceries in it, though.
