It would appear the owners may be eligible for the annual Darwin awards.
I think this kinda stinks.
In the “toilet” as in the room or the bowl?
The bowl is where I like to keep my copy of the Koran.
I thought about posting this on FR just to get all the Darwin-haters riled up. I’m sorry I ran out of time!
To be fair, I believe that in Britain "toilet" actually means the bathroom. But I thought it humorous and illustrative at the same time.
Okaaayyy.... LOL
I was going to say.... first I saw an earlier post saying it was found in the bathroom and now I read the headline saying it was "in the toilet"...
That got a great laugh out of me... LOL... [it does belong "in the toilet" -- and don't forget to flush ... :-) ...].
Just where I’d keep my copy of any Darwin book. It would take a while to flush though.
I have a copy of John Kerry’s book that I use for firestarters when I’m camping.
Where it belongs.
Guess you know this maens WAR!
GEORGE: Yes, I, uh, I need to return this book.CASHIER: (Puts the book's code into the computer) I'm sorry, we can't take this book back.
GEORGE: Why not?
CASHIER: It's been flagged.
GEORGE: (Confused) Flagged?
CASHIER: It's been in the bathroom.
GEORGE: It says that on the computer?
CASHIER: Please take it home. We don't want it near the other books.
GEORGE: (Outraged. Leaving) Well, you just lost a lot of business! Because I love to read!

I used to keep copies of Velikovsky’s works in my toilet—”Worlds in Collision” and “Earth in Upheaval.” Seemed appropriate.
