She told deputies the man stood up two times and she clearly saw his exposed buttocks, according to an Okaloosa County Sheriffs So, seeing a man's buttocks is indecent exposure? Then, there should be a parade of police cars patrolling every beach looking for a woman wearing a bikini.
This is hardly the same as exposing yourself in public; I think some slapping needs to be done, starting with the lady and then the deputies.

Sounds like the woman couldn’t have been that offended since she watched him long enough to see him get up twice. Seems to me that someone had way to much time on her hands.

This thread is NOT useless without pictures.
Some things just never need to be burned into someone’s brain.
