On Sunday, the field goal pictured above gave the Cincinnati Bengals a last-second overtime victory over the Cleveland Browns. It appeared pretty routine at the time. Shayne Graham booted it through the uprights, the officials positioned under the goalpost raised their hands to signal the kick was good, the Bengals celebrated, the Browns sulked and Rich Gannon was disappointed there was no kickoff afterward.

No it ends in a tie unless it is a playoff game or a Superbowl where the need a winner.

Thanks. Not a football expert, obviously.
The suckeyes have been overrated for years. Amazing what happens when they actually “PLAY” somebody, (USC comes to mind) but then again they are the product of the BCS. I’ll get flamed over that statement, but it is what it is.
I try and get to a couple Miami games and a couple of Bearcat games every year. The BEST bang for the buck for watching Football is right here in SW Ohio.
Nippert’s only down side is to try and find parking. I have a daughter who works for UC so I grab her vehicle with the garage pass.
Dantonio may have started the run, but Kelly is obviously the key to the successes this team has had. He has had an incredible history ... and it shows with what he has done here. If UC can only keep him. I imagine offers are extended every day
Its fun to watch the Cats and Miami ... the kids play hard and none of the prima donna Me Me Me crap of the likes of ocho stinko. I watched Rothlisberger develop at Miami, he was as fun to watch then as he is now. Football at its purest form. Love it
sudden death stops 3rd time around ... Bungles tied a game last year. Exception .. super bowl

At least no one can say the Raiders bought off the officials to win the big game twice...
BURN!
(eyes rolling) Bengals won, Brownies lost. Get over it.
Which two games did they supposedly buy?
And no one buys the officials, sorry. That's a truther kind of argument....
Double Burn.
:-)
That is a key piece of data, one I wasn’t aware even existed. Wow. Thanks for the expert testimony; that might come in handy some day.
CBS
When I saw it on TV I said, “Oh no! He missed it!” Special teams haven’t been so special for the Bengals and have cost them some key games. Saint Louis had already messed up two snaps that day. It wouldn’t have surprised me if he missed it. I was reading the Bengals message board and comments, and apparently when seen from another angle, you could tell it was good. I have not seen that angle. I think the Browns fans behind the endzone, and the players on the field would have reacted angrily if they thought it was called good when he didn’t make it. I also think the media would have made a big deal of it if they thought the call was wrong. I’m going to say he made it.
Penalty, unnecessary roughness. 15 yards. :)
I’ll eat the 15 yards .. hit me again for unsportsman like conduct, but I STAND BY MY Statement
Its twue its twue ....
here’s a vid showing it from 3 angles—it’s indisputable that the 3rd angle shows him making it.

Sorry for the poor quality
Last 2 Superbowls they won...they were the worst, one-sided officiated games ever!!
TRUTH BURNS......I am not alone in that sentiment about those games.
