Oh my goodness...how old you are!! Are you trying to make some of us feel bad? LOL! Nice to see you back safe and sound and to hear your aunt doesn't have cancer....I sure hope they can get her straightened out and she will feel like herself again, TCP!

A story to share with my friends:

A lady came into the store today and asked if we could add a charm to her bracelet. I looked at it...it wasn't one of ours....and said yes. It said "ARMY MOM", so I smiled at her and asked to to thank her soldier and I thanked her as a service mom. It was going to cost her $8.25, because it was a non-Avery (my company) charm.

I asked if her soldier son was deployed.....and she said.....he has been deceased for two years--that he died stateside. I didn't ask how; I couldn't.

I am afraid I lost it then. Tears welled up and I couldn't even talk to her; then I saw tears in her eyes, too. I finally got out how sorry I was and told her I was not going to charge her for putting that charm on her bracelet...next to the American flag one she already had.

When she left, I walked to the back room and just started crying. It took a while to compose myself so I could finish my work.

I still feel raw.

Thank you Amy! Pretty fall graphic. Its rained here all day and has been very gloomy. I am a sunny day person....love a lot of light......it just makes me feel better! But I am thankful to God for any day....He’s the boss! And He knows whats best!
