For me, the funniest part of this is that she went running to the news station to complain about it. What does she really think people will take away from this story - that nobody should patronize that gas station, or that she’s big and fat?

He’s a clerk at a gas station. More likely than not, he’s a local young man who is not attending Harvard, or he’s a foreign born entrepreneur. Thus, he probably doesn’t know the word “obese”.
