Is anyone else catching this? Qadaffi is raving like a mad man while addressing the UN. I cannot even transcribe what he is saying, it is utterly incoherent. I hope someone posts the transcription.

One of the great successes of George W. Bush’s “War On Terror” and toppling of Saddam Hussein was seeing Qadaffi giving up his nuclear arms program! How much in blood and treasure was that milestone worth... prior to Obama withdrawing from the WOT.
