OH....an AR trigger!? You probably know this, but Brownells' sells replacement trigger springs that help! In fact, there's a (relatively) little known secret about Armalite N.M. triggers...and this is that IF you swap the trigger spring, the trigger becomes a true N.M. trigger. Until that spring is replaced, Armalite won't call it a N.M. trigger. :-) The spring in you rphoto looks very similar.
Will the ACR accept a "drop in"?... such as a Geissele?... or something similar? That would be pricey, but some of those triggers are so nice! :-)
IF you can get pull weight down to "about" 3 lbs and have acceptable over-travel, and NO creep, I'd leave it alone after that. :-)

Seems appropriate for today. I look back and remember that in the months just after the attacks of 9/11, the Fellowship of the Ring was released.
In it, we found hope. And here we found community. We may not be that same community, but I treasure the times we’ve spent together. Today is a good day to remember that.

I actually saw FotR a few days-- maybe the Saturday-- before 9/11. Included in the previews was one for Spiderman, showing a helicopter flying through a city and trapped in a giant web, which was then revealed to be woven between the towers. One of my random thoughts on 9/11 was that if the WTC played a significant role in Spiderman (as it did in the '70's King Kong, they'd have a heckuvalotta reshoots.

True enough Corin - Still, it’s a touchstone for some of us.
We noticed very few new flags flying today, too soon forgotten by many it seems. The Post Office flag is flying at half-staff. The FR thread on 9-11, nine years, a day none of us will ever forget.
The Ring Trilogy came along at right time.

Presumably if they are going to start filming in four months, they will announce casting and the director prior to that. There is another story on TORN claiming MGM will be settling in the next week or two.
Looks like they are finally starting to get this show on the road.
