A much-loved garden bird has been exposed as a ruthless killer after being observed seeking out and eating hibernating bats.

The great tits were provoked into the unusual behaviour after suffering food shortages during particularly harsh winter weather.

Over the course of two winters, ornithologists observed the birds searching for, killing and eating 18 bats in caves in the Bükk Mountains in northeast Hungary.

The birds normally live on seeds and insects such as caterpillars and spiders but during the winter these can be in very scarce supply. In particular, snow cover can make it impossible for the great tits to find food.

Piano legs, and a cheeseburger butt, holding up a vegan-yoga torso and arms. I’ve never seen such out of proportion heavy legs and skinny arms on the same person.

Nah. She's perfect. I love the hourglass figure; that tiny waist is very attractive when you take the rest of her into account. Piano legs? I got piano legs, she definitely does not. She's shapely and her skin is lovely. Where do you get cheeseburger butt? I just don't see it. And how can a vegan get a cheeseburger butt anyway? If it is, all the guys are thinking "I can haz cheezeburger?"
