Hi All,
I just received an e-mail from "saveliberty" advising me she has been hospitalized. The cause as she wrote was:
"I have a significant, but benign tumor near my ear that is pushing against a nerve (which hemorrhaged). It sounds bad but I have excellent care."
It certainly does sound serious to me, even though saveliberty said she was being well cared for. She did want me to let her FRiends here know of her condition. When I get further info, I will post it.
In the mean time, if you could add saveliberty to your prayers, I know she would be comforted by that.
saveliberty is often the Threadmistress, and I am but a poster. So, if you all could perhaps place saveliberty's situation in the proper locations, I would be very grateful. [Or Moderators, if you are reading this.]

I am delighted that you have recovered enough to post, save. Everyday will indeed get better.
PS: I hope you will soon share your good nurse/bad nurse stories. "Good" nurses who perform properly need to be thanked; the "Bad" nurses need to realize that they simply are not the wonder workers that they imagine themselves to be.
Stay strong and be comforted by the thoughts and prayers of everyone gathered here.

Since there were rumors that saveliberty was skiing, I called to verify them and she assured me that while she is feeling better and doing fine the rumors of her skiing [or bungee jumping] are without merit.
saveliberty did say she was working on her “happy face”! Because the [temporarily] weakened facial muscles on the right side of her face do not yet fully respond, to get a full smile she has to use her fingers. She promises to let us know when she reaches the goal of a complete and unassisted smile; like this 8)
She is off the exotic medicines and on over-the-counter [OTC] ones. Still having some food issues and her right eye muscles are not fully recovered yet and are causing some problems for reading and such.
But, saveliberty is upbeat and positive as always, and continues on her path to recovery.
I trust that you did not intend a "peep show"?
