So what happens when President Zero's supposed Hawaian birth "Certification" is proven a fake and the American people remove him from office as provided for in the US Contitution? Who becomes president then?

Biden will be acting president. Whether the next candidate for president who got the most electoral votes is, is going to be a massive fight between the dems and republicans and the supreme court will once again get involved.

You forgot one step. The President Pro Tempore of the Senate comes after the Speaker of the House. That gives us Robert "Sheets" Byrd.
The only remedy we know of is in the Constitution - impeachment and removal from office. The dem congress would never do that so the whole thread is moot. Even so we should pursue the truth regardless of the outcome.
One thought on this-—if Joe Biden knew about the false birth certificate and helped in the cover-up, he would be removed as well. Probably includes Pelosi, Reid and on and on.
Robert Byrd is not in very good health though, is he? What happens if he gets passed-over then?

I don't know who would decide that. It should make us look at who should be eligible; term limits would certainly help, in more ways than one.
Articles of impeachment would have to be brought up in the House...

...only then could he be removed, therefore transferring power to Joe "We're All Going to Die" Biden (would we really want THAT to happen?)

Pelosi is in on it for sure. But next in line is Robert Byrd.
There is a system in place for orderly transition. If and when the time comes, it would most likely be with the agreement of both parties.
We shouldn’t forget that the 2010 elections are coming, and we need to work on putting more conservative representatives in office, close state primaries for Republicans only, and enact term limits across the board.
Not to be selfish, but can you imagine how much the stock markets would SKYROCKET if and when Ayatollah Obama were outted.
If (when, I hope and pray) obama is thrown out and sent to prison, I want a special election called. The good people of the United State's have had a taste, just a taste of radical, far-left leadership in the House, Senate, and White House. I think a special election would be very good for conservatives. Of course, that means the socialist controlled Congress will never go for it.
The Democratic Ticket was invalid right out the gate. Both Obama & Biden were on that ticket, so in essence, the DNC never ran a legitimate Presidential race...their entry was ineligible and therefore never legally existed. McCain & Palin were the legitimate winners.
If the guy is illegitimate in the first place, how does impeachment apply? If he’s not legally in office, how can he be removed by that specific Constitutional process? It would almost legitimize him to do so.
Idiotic question. The chain of succession is defined in the Constitution. Biden is the next in line.
