There is, however, the question of who was holding whom.

I plan to be on good terms with Dragons:
Ken sat on his towel and stared out at the sea. He sensed and felt the approach of the dragon. Wind from the wings swept over him, and the ground trembled slightly with its landing.
Ken looked around. There had been no sound.
KeEnarsha stood within a pace of him, towering over him.
I could eat you. Rumbled the dragons deep voice.
Ken rose smoothly, and faced toward the dragon. Naked after his swim, he stood with his arms stretched out wide, and with his eyes closed. Something told him this was an appropriate way to present himself as a sacrifice.
Eat me, then, and end my troubles. Begin your own.
There was only silence in answer. Then he heard the dragons indrawn breath, and braced himself for what would happen.
Warm air wafted gently over his drying skin, as the slitted nostrils of KeEnarsha opened wide upon him. He opened his eyes. KeEnarsha lowered his head.
Ken stepped forward and wrapped his arms around the huge scaly head. I love you too, KeEnarsha.
The rumbling voice spoke again. Let us ride.
Ken grabbed his towel and draped it over the rough scales behind KeEnarshas short frill, and climbed up to sit behind his head. He held onto the wicked looking horns that came up to form the upper apexes of an inverted triangle.
KeEnarsha spread his wings into the stroke position, and Ken could hear the wheezy sound of the organic bellows of the firelung drawing in air between the dragons shoulder blades. With a sound like a small door slamming shut, the lungflap closed and there was an immediate thunderclap of noise.
Ken was thrust violently downward as the dragon sprang upward. Then KeEnarsha power-stroked again and again, gaining altitude with each beat of his wings. In a moment, they were gliding south along the coastline, riding the onshore breeze as it rose onto the land.
Ken screamed in exultation. KeEnarsha turned his head slightly, looking back at him. The corners of his huge mouth gave a slight twist in the dragon equivalent of a big smile.
How cute - a YAK (Goes right along with my yakking personality!) LOL!
Only one might be salvaged - but it was eaten all the way down - one leaf left. We’ll see. I AM going to plant the moon plant out there now. Hope I don’t find any poisoned wild pigs - I just want them to stay away from my yard and my flowers.
Thank you, LJ. I hope YOU did too!
I was busy in the yard...
...moving a ~30yo camellia bush. Finished up this afternoon. ...Now all that's left is to see if it actually lives! ...grin
(((((God Bless)))))
I had to Start literally Tuning Out those Red, Green, and Blues, Lol, because they would Throw me, and these Days I just Look for the Zero's each time I Use the Banner Generator.
For the Color I Used Today, called Burlywood, the Numbers for it are 222, 184 and 135, so just Type those where the Three Zero's are. 222 in Slot One, 184 in Slot Two, and 135 in Slot Three. I Hope the Banner Generator Never Disappears from the Internet, or I'll have to Look for Another One. :(
The New Property is Awesome, and Yesterday I Mowed a Lot of the Grounds, and it Looks So Nice and Pretty! Those 4 and a Half Hours on the Riding Mower Tired me Out, but it was a Happy Kind of Tired, because So Much Needed Work was Done.
Goodnight to All FRiends, and God Bless!
A new Web site helps you tell a co-worker what youre afraid to say in person. Comments like: A breath mint would be beneficial today or Your cell phone ringer is very loud today or Your perfume/cologne is very strong on a regular basis. You confront issues anonymously by having the Web site send an e-mail message for you.
Its understandable that were cautious in talking to others about something that bothers us. But when it comes to confronting fellow believers about their sin, thats serious. We might wish we could do it anonymously, yet we have to do it face to face.
Galatians 6:1-5 offers some guidelines for confronting a fellow Christian who is living a sinful lifestyle. The first requirement is that were close to the Lord ourselves, and that we dont exalt ourselves as superior to the one who is sinning. Then we are to look at the situation as restoring the person, not bringing condemnation. Were to have a spirit of gentleness, all the while keeping in mind that we too may be tempted. Jesus also gave instructions that can help us with issues of sin against us personally (Matt. 7:1-5; 18:15-20).
With Gods enablement we can courageously and sensitively confront and restore others.
Hope today goes well with the new guy!
Dolly, Wheelbarrow looks just wonderful. Looks like he is adjusting to his new ‘digs’.
Hope you all have fun at the beach, and that all three dogs get along well.
I remember Paula Deen saying she kept praying for a ‘neighbor’, and her dogs picked out her future Mr. Deen. LOL!
PHOOEY! I messed up my code in the post at 600 - thanks for letting me know you couldn't open the music, jaycee!
4 1/2 hours on the riding mower sounds like a lot of ground to cover! The picture you posted Sunday shows how pretty the grass is around the lake. :)
Good Morning Billie :)
Listening now and enjoying. This image is terrific. I would love to do this, however, I’m chicken, so I probably wouldn’t have the guts. LOL
Thank you!
