A friend of mine is visiting Buffalo and probably dancing.
Full Moon is Wednesday, but it isn’t a full buffalo moon.

Walkies? Sleepies? Sleep walking?
We were talking about paths, roads, cows, hitchiking. You posted another nice photo and then said 'guess what brb.'
I could only assume you wer going for a walk,
So was the road warm?

Well, folks, Amy, Mr. Amy, Jr., and Prissy Missy just left Yorkie’s place! What a FUN afternoon! Missy loved playing with the dogs, and we all had a wonderful visit!
As Amy said, they are relaxing on this little trip - if they pushed for appointments, and schedules, they would be exhausted when they get home! (Now, that is the *SMART* way to take a vacation!)
I wish I could share an afternoon with ALL of you, as pleasant as this afternoon was with ‘our’ Amy.

We each have our own adventures growing up. A big part of mine was growing up between two dairy farms with lots of kids, cows, cats and dogs. A fabulous experience. And not living on the farm I had no chores.
One of the farmers loved having kids there and made his hard work look easy. Maybe we broke his boredom. He taught us a lot that translated into life.

Yes, LJ, it WAS a treat. I wanted to post some more cows to you, but had to git rid of the “dust bunnies that have infiltrated my home” before they got here! LOL!! (Just kidding, of course)

Excellent photo and you quoted my main man!
I love vanishing perspective. Something that draws you into it gives deeper meaning on a more personal level, speaks more to the viewer.

Oh, I am so happy that you got to meet Amy and Marissa! I didn't know that they were going to stop by your place on this trip, but I am so glad they did! Isn't Amy just the sweetest thing? And Marissa is growing into a such a beautiful young lady!
Did you take pictures? I am a teeny bit jealous that Amy has gotten to meet you and I haven't. :-( But, we are going to remedy that the next time you come to visit your family in L.A., right? :-)

Lovely, Billie. I have not heard that song before. Thank you. I enjoyed that and your pretty graphic with the birds.

Missed you guys! I have no idea where the last two months have gone!
Carter got shots in both legs today. He is not a happy camper!

We have to preserve that vanishing vocabulary, dude, know what I mean?
It’s important to have a good vocabulary. If I had known the difference between the words ‘antidote’ and ‘anecdote,’ one of my good friends would still be alive today.

LOL! This was the opening Amy posted on June 9, 2008:
Graphic by Billie
Dustbunnies
The sound that all dustbunnies make,
Depends on the form the bunnies take.
Sawdust bunnies grind and scrape,
While cottons make a quiet escape.
Woolens have a sheepish stare,
And murmurs that disturb the air.
Dustbunnies to evoke your dread,
Are those that lurk beneath your bed.
Insurgent bunnies, trained just so,
On tiptoe and in silence go,
But growing in such numbers that,
A stealth attack could kill a cat!
Poor Kitty! In her masters room,
Hairballed down to dusty doom.
If you want to survive, then ya gotta get mean!
Bring yer vacuum out! Keep yer filters clean!
