For those who are baseball fans.
CNN saying they will show the pitch/hit after the commercial 8:56 PM EST
Hey! one thing Yankees and Red Sox fans can agree on...we all hate Barry the same :)
Leaving steroids out of it, this is another reason why you can't compare players in this generation to players in the post-70s era. So much more was demanded of the players back then, especially pitchers.
Molina looks like Sheppard Smith’s missing latin sister
puppage: No, but he did tax it
LO F'N L!!!!!!
As a kid, we would go to Wrigley to watch Gibson v. Jenkins,
you talk about fast games. Those 2 guys didn’t waste time
walking around the mound, or any of the BS they do now.
Good memories of Gibson on 8-8-88. He sat 1 row behind us
for the Cubs first night game in Wrigley. The best 3 innings
I can almost remember.
They’ve edited the boos out already.
Wow, for real? I was born in 1974 so I missed “True Baseball: When Baseball was played like Baseball was meant to be played”...
Unknown. They didn't show the catcher or the plate. I'm assuming it was planned that way in case 0 threw off the mark.
CNN: “Big Ovation” for Obama.
LOL!
CNN didn’t show the completion of the pitch either.
Listen carefully; you can still hear some pretty loud ones, but I didn’t see it initially, so I don’t know if it was even louder.
LOL, what a windup!
Thanks.
Live they were unmistakable.
Lincecum not looking so good. Why can’t he pitch like this when my fantasy team plays against him?
The don’t make them like Drysdale and Gibson any more.
Who ya gunna believe...CNN or your lie'n ears?
I think that error threw him off a bit, not his fault. He’ll only be in for one more inning anyways.
Steroids aside, today’s player work out all off-seaon. during gibson’s time they all had off-season jobs and got in shape during spring training. Today, all these guys working out off-season end up on the DL! What up wit dat?
Ask them why they didn't show it!
