REST IN PEACE, FALLEN BROTHER!
Cpl Matthew R. Lembke, USMC, DOW, 10JUL2009
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7 (KJV)
Eternal Father, Strong to Save
Rest in Peace, fallen brother, rest in peace! We who remain hold you in high honor. Rest, fallen brother, in this sacred precinct; We who remain keep this place sacred. Rest, fallen brother, among these, your comrades; We who remain keep the watch. Rest, fallen brother, amid these who heeded the Nations call; We who remain press the fight forward in your name. Rest, fallen brother, lay down thy burden; We who remain have taken up the torch. Rest in Peace, fallen brother, rest in eternal peace!

Well, at least you’ve posted a couple! I love the one you just posted to me/if I watched it long enough it would make me crazy or put me to sleep! You have really had one more time on this one, huh? We love our computers but they sure can make us CRAZY!
Tomorrow will be a better day! :o)

If I watched that anim long enough I think I'd puke. Really.
You know, I can't believe it and am afraid to say it, but I believe this baby is going to be alright. It kept me jumping for what, 4 days? It was like putting out brush fires, as soon as I fixed something, it went somewhere else or exposed something else, or spread out into a complex puzzle. My eyes must’ve looked like pinwheels by bedtime. Still do.
See, computers may make YOU crazy, but when you're already there, all that is cut out, saving a lot of time and frustration and they're coming to take me away.

When The Ground Shakes
In my distress, I called upon the Lord. Psalm 18:6
Several days after a devastating earthquake in the San Francisco area, a young boy was seen rocking and swaying on the school playground. His principal asked him if he was okay, and the boy nodded yes and said, I am moving like the earth, so if theres another earthquake I wont feel it. He wanted to prepare himself for another shaking of the ground.
Sometimes after a trauma, we brace ourselves for what might be coming next. If weve had a phone call that brought bad news, every time the phone rings we feel panicky and wonder, What has happened now?
The ground was shaking for the psalmist David after King Saul tried to kill him (1 Sam. 19:10). He ran and hid. He thought death was next and told his friend Jonathan, There is but a step between me and death (20:3). He wrote, The pangs of death surrounded me, and the floods of ungodliness made me afraid (Ps. 18:4).
David cried to the Lord in his distress (v.6) and found that He was a stabilizer, One he could trust would always be with him. He said, The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; . . . my stronghold (v.2). The Lord will be that for us also when the ground shakes under us.
The Lords our Rock, in Him we hide,
A shelter in the time of storm;
Secure whatever ill betide,
A shelter in the time of storm. Charlesworth

"Wear Red" Friday
You will soon see a lot of people wearing Red on Fridays. Here's why..... The Americans, who support our troops, are the silent majority. We are not "organized" to reflect who we are, or to reflect what our opinions are. Many Americans, like yourself, and all their friends, simply want to recognize that Americans support our troops. Our idea of showing our solidarity and support for our troops is starting Friday and continuing on each and every Friday, until this is over, that every red-blooded American who supports our young men and women, WEAR SOMETHING RED.
Word of mouth, press, TV -- let's see if we can make the United States, on any given Friday, a sea of red much like a home football game at a University. If every one of our memberships share this with other acquaintances, fellow workers, friends, and neighbors, I guarantee that it will not be long before the USA will be covered in RED - and make our troops know there are many people thinking of their well-being. You will feel better all day Friday when you wear Red! So let's get the word out and lead by example; wear RED on Fridays.
SUPPORT OUR TROOPS! WE LIVE IN THE LAND OF THE FREE, BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE. FOR US, THEIR BLOOD RUNS RED!! GOD BLESS AMERICA.
