Mess-NBC supposedly said she may appear either tonight or next week according to a radio report
He’s clearly not sorry - and fully intends to beat up again on Palin, via a willing surrogate (Tina). It makes them both misogynists.
Letterman must be desperate for ratings.
“They are so so so full of themselves. Shed be a fool to do this....just a fool and I dont think Tina Fey is a fool.”
It’s an opportunity for the Left to caricature Palin. Expect it, it will happen.
Palin should just put out a TopTen list that mocks Letterman’s career and finishing second to Leno his whole life...that is what will get under Letterman’s skin.
# 2....This EdSullivan Theater is coooollllllld.
#1.....Jay Leno took my Job on the Tonight Show...and now he is quittting????
I’m sure her people can do a funnier one, but this type of response would shut him up.
Is it wrong to call Fey slutty? After all she dresses just like this flight attendant... whatshername... Palin.
I can see Tina Fey’s fat ass from Detroit.
If this happens, my CBS affiliate is blocked off FOR LIFE. I’ve always been fond of the local newscast crew, but they go too. The whole channel.
I’m REALLY good at personal boycotts. There’s a nearby appliance store I stopped all purchases from when I heard the owner donated to a long-dead lib. That was 25 years ago. I hold long, deep grudges.
Letterman: perv scumbag... just go crawl in a hole and die, you pathetic bastard.
I can see her scar from Mars.
Speaking of Mars. Contact Mars Candy and give them an earful.
Letterman should get the Imus treatment. No less for what he did.
Really bad move. For Tina to portray Sarah will be over the top. Wow!
I agree with that, and I’ve made the point on other threads. The news and entertainment business in this country is not focused on profits, but on an agenda. One can look at the long string of anti-Iraq War movies that came out — they all seemed to lose money, but they kept coming out, one after another. Hollywood could have stopped making them. They could have switched gears and made a pro-Iraq War movie. But the agenda was more important than the money.
Letterman has the full support of the White House, you think he will get fired..he basically owns CBS..but Tina Fey, I thought maybe she had a tiny bit of integrity left in her body. When she was interviewed by Barbara Walters a few months ago, she seemed upset with Barbara wanting her to do her “Sarah voice” like that is all Tina Fey is. Sarah treated Tina with respect when she went on SNL. For Tina to do this, well, I guess she sold her soul, what else is knew, so many seem to be doing it these days
I don’t want some “Palin-wannabe”, I want the real thing!!!
“”In their unchecked arrogance, they are boldly mocking common decency all all those who side with decency. This has moved beyond Governor Palin.””
I agree. At some point a sentient being says, “hey, they are making fun of MY family; of MY values”.
Ya know, a lot of very solid people of character would have snapped under far less stress than Sarah has experienced. I trust her with the keys to this Country far more than most in the 2012 mix. I am confident she would defend the National Security of the US if her defense of her family is any indication.
When it comes to character, she has it.
No they don't, because they've never had to accept responsibility for their actions. He couldn't even be man enough to admit his mistake, and instead came out with some cockamammy story that he was actually talking about her 18 year old daughter. What this freaking moron doesn't understand is that even if Bristol had been with her mother at Yankee Stadium, his comment still wouldn't have been appropriate. I wonder how he'd like it if Sarah Palin made jokes about his illegitmate six year old son. Of course she's got too much class for that.
People with common decency should not let up the pressure.
What exactly is CBS cable footprint? There is a whole hunk of stations to turn off. And billboards, plenty of SeeBS billboards littering the landscape, at least here in Florida. How about telling advertisers that pasting their sign up on a CBS billboard = do not shop at my store / visit my business?
They’re not married, making his son a ‘lil bastard. The bastard didn’t fall far from the bastard tree.
