the mythical leader known as the Scorpion King

I thought that the theory is that the Scorpion King, or King Scorpion, is that last ruler of Upper Egypt in the pre-dynastic period, and the immediate predecessor of Narmer, the first Pharaoh of the first dynasty of the combined kingdom.
