Hi, Amy - glad you liked the Flamenco Dancer - I found another one I liked a lot and it was a toss up which one to use, but the white dress won 'cause I could add a smidgen of bright colors in the framing. :)
You've used another frame I don't think I've seen before - looks great!

"When will the Mexican Food be here"?Well, to honor Cinco de Mayo day, this morning I made Huevos Rancheros.
Yorkie's Huevos Rancheros
Ingredients
Flour tortillas
1/4 cup refried beans
2 eggs
1 (15 oz.) can STOKES Green Chile Sauce with Pork
Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Spread tortilla with beans, put in oven-proof pan.
Cover, and turn on burner to warm.
Heat can of STOKES green chili sauce
Fry eggs and place on the refried bean covered tortilla
Pour about 1/2 cup heated green chili sauce over eggs, sprinkle shredded cheese over all.
Place pan under broiler, to melt cheese - serve with salsa and chips.
