National Shrimp Day!!
After graduation late yesterday, we all went out for seafood!
I had catfish, scallops, and jumbo fried shrimp! (Hushpuppies, and baked potato.) Huge meal! It was a celebration for the graduation and Happy Mother’s Day for me.
One son bought me the finch feeder and he came up today with a huge bag of finch seed and another with wild bird seed and a beautiful card! I loved that as a gift.
The youngest son just left and he brought me what I always want and that is the two hanging basket ferns. You may have seen the cards now that you can record a greeting...well, he bought one of those and recorded “I love you, Mom...Happy Mother’s Day”. I praised him but sorta scolded him too for paying $8.00 for a card. But I must say I loved it. Thank you, dear Lord, for my Family!
Any Meg, I thought your tulip bouquet and chocolates were wonderful. I’ve been wanting chocolate ever since! LOL!

LJ, the words of that poem are perfect for today!
And, the graphic has so many lovely parts, some hidden, some out front.
I think it was a perfect choice, and thank you for sharing!!
Happy Mother's Day to you, Lady Jag!

Messy Room by Shel Silverstein
Whosever room this is should be ashamed!
His underwear is hanging on the lamp.
His raincoat is there in the overstuffed chair,
And the chair is becoming quite mucky and damp.
His workbook is wedged in the window,
His sweater's been thrown on the floor.
His scarf and one ski are beneath the TV,
And his pants have been carelessly hung on the door.
His books are all jammed in the closet,
His vest has been left in the hall.
A lizard named Ed is asleep in his bed,
And his smelly old sock has been stuck to the wall.
Whosever room this is should be ashamed!
Donald or Robert or Willie or--
Huh? You say it's mine? Oh, dear,
I knew it looked familiar!
*It's Clean Your Room Day!*

You can eat fish only? I remember you mentioning that one time~~~
Lots of folks are allergic to shell fish.
