DENVER One Colorado womans love for tofu has been judged X-rated by state officials.

But the Division of Motor Vehicles blocked her plan because they thought the combination of letters could be interpreted as profane.

Just to see what kind of personality gets so into tofu that they are compelled to tell the world. She also has a large oval VEGN sticker on her bumper. She is trying to "promote the vegan lifestyle".

This is interesting since the Governor of Colorado just endorsed an initiative to increase restaurant patronage through an effort entitled:
Fork the Recession
Sometimes being a Colorado native is embarassing with these buffoons in charge.

Mrs Drango and I were giggling like 13 year olds last night when the news folk were trying to explain this.

ILVTOFU2!
I’m betting she’s a prostitute or a politician.
I know, very little difference.
Cue Ronald Reagan’s “oldest profession” quip...

This should have been easy for the DMV - if the plate was for a Subaru with a Obama sticker on the window, she really loves Tofu. If it was to go on a F-150 pick-up with mud flaps.........she's easy!

One of the guys I used to work with had a son named Christopher. They didn’t want him to go by Chris, since that sounded to feminne, so his nickname was ‘topher (pronounced like gopher).
He had a personalized plate made with his nickname.
TOP HER
Texaas DPS didn’t let him keep that plate for long.
