JC - I thought I remembered this picture,
regarding the kitten looking in a mirror.
I just found it:
I won't tell anybody what I see,
when I look in a mirror!
I don't wear 'rose-colored' glasses. (grin)

Twink - Please forgive my oversight,
at not giving you a 'proper welcome' to Amy's Place.

I’m leaning towards “Hope.” My 3rd kid’s middle name is Hope. It’s a good name ;)

For a girl I like Hope very much. I would have to rename the middle son Hope but he didn’t vote for 0 so he is my good graces. Only my one son did & I think his g/f pushed him. Shaking my head....He better learn to think for himself before he marries her!

The refrigerator is always stocked with icy cold refreshment, as is my freezer. (Wine and champagne included. Ya never know when the need to celebrate might pop up!) LOL!

I thought you were joking about the one son voting for Obama. Well, anyway, one of my relatives voted for him too, and I still love him. We just refrain from political and religious talk, lol (most of the time).
Ack. Not at the “marrying or serious bf stage yet” (with my kids) but I get what you’re saying.
Here’s a bright note for you: when I met my husband in college, he was probably a liberal in most areas (he didn’t vote for Reagan for heavens sakes!). But he was a good guy and now he’s more conservative than I am in some ways. I think I influenced him in some areas and he influenced me in some areas.

There’s always a reason to celebrate! :)
I can think of 20 off the top of my head.
Not that I need an excuse to have a cold one. But just in case I can think of tons ;)

Hi Yorkie. This is the first year we have had them turn completely yellow while they are still in our area. They are usually gone by this time but maybe the cold wea...... I mean globull warming (snort) has messed up their schedule. I put out the last of my thistle for them but I doubt if they will stay long enough to finish it.
Every day that I get to see them in their yellow plumage is a gift.
