Nite, Megs! Sweet dreams. Hope you have rain but no storms!

Best chance for rain is tomorrow
JC, I think that is the cutest raccoon picture I have EVER seen!!!! LOL!
Glad the storms aren’t near you!
Blow the extra rain my way! LOL!
It looks like we have rain...but we really don’t! LOL!
Sometimes the moisture never reaches the ground..green blobs are deceiving at times. We all need rain but some need it more than our area does.
(((HUGS)))Green blob hasn’t reached here yet.
We have that happen all the time...it evaporates before it
gets here...we’re so dry out here!
You better go to bed...nighty-night! (((hugs)))
Oh my! Get well wishes for your daughter in law. At least they don’t think it is the feared swine flu. I’ve never been, not going to Mexico. Since I was a kid I heard the old “don’t drink the water” thing. Never wanted to go there.
Galatians 6:2 “Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.”
Prayers for a speedy recovery!
Thank you so much, Conservative Party! I just talked to my son, and he said it is probably amoebic dysentery, and she should respond to treatment. She will be going to the doc in the morning!
When I travelled to Mexico, (years ago), I would never, ever, even consider drinking something that had ice in the glass - let alone their water. My husband did - (margaritas served in the grocery store - free) and he got Montazuma’s Revenge.
Took months to get over it. And it wasn’t a pretty picture.
Is that over in Sycamore Canyon???
Can you pinpoint that on Google map or mapquest for us?
Looks like quite a fire!
Glad your place is safe!
God be with you and your friend.
I can’t find it on Google, Quix. It is a huge fire - but evidentally the fire department has it under control. (I sure hope so!) It is in mountianous terraine - and no homes are threatened, as far as I can detect.
But, when I read that the fire in North Carolina, (that has destroyed over 70 homes), started from an extinguished fire, and a spark that flew 10 miles, in a gust of wind - now, that scared me.
Thank you for your concern, Quix.
God be with you, Yorkie.
I don’t believe your area will be in any danger.
The vegetation around your home is not awfully thick. And, it’s not very tall where it is thickest.
That fire is also not greatly close, if I remember that region well.
Blessings and peaceful rest to you folks.
Awwwwww, thank you, Quix. Reasurrance is so sweet! (And comforting!) I can still see the orange, at the top of the mountain, tonight. This was much bigger than reported, I am sure.
Love this! thanks Bob!
I always thought that was Meg feeding her raccoons! Those little things are hungry little rascals, aren’t they?
Morning jaycee..
LOL..They are but I never try to hand them food..I know they are wild and though we get close..I never touch them.
I do have them brush up against me while going for the food at times.
The thunderstorm line is staying west of me this morning.
Predictions are still for “weather” today.

I can’t say I blame you for not touching....look at those little nails on them. But we all agree, they’re darling and I’m glad you feed them.
Meg, I wish only ‘rain’ for ya! No big thunderstorms and certainly no tornadoes!
I had a ‘good morning’ post just about ready and somehow I lost it along with Free Republic. Gosh, I don’t know how that happened! Crazy computer....LOL! (I’m serious that I don’t know what happened.) Had the url up, had it addressed with ping list and was getting ready to put a thin frame on and when I found what I wanted, the rest was gone. I give up!
