Was having some computer problem
But everything is solved for right now. :o)
Mmmmmmmmm! Fwied wabbit! Ya just gotta love it! (wink-wink)
Have a great weekend.
LOL
Thanks for reminding me. I need to get some checks ready to deposit and then run to the bank.
I will be back later (I hope). Tonight is Movie Night at school.
Of course, I’m working at the PTA snack bar. :^ )
It better be wink, wink!
But I will have to tell you when I was newly-wed, hubby and I went to visit his parents in Knoxville (at that time) and she fixed fried rabbit, gravy, and a bunch of other stuff! And it was absolutely delicious! Tasted like chicken...LOL! I just had to say that. Everything must taste like chicken.
But now, I wouldn’t dare eat it although people do eat rabbit and they eat duck, huh, yorkie? Peking Duck! Not me. Do you?
GeeBee, I got that same virus last month. I trusted it to be a legitimate warning, because it was from “Windows”.
But, when I saw that they wanted my email address - and payment through Pay-Pal, and the durned box kept popping up every 30 seconds, I knew it was a virus!
It took my computer guy about a half hour to get rid of it, and he said his phone is ringing off the hook with this virus. (I think they caught the hackers, and they are now in jail, but not sure.)
If anybody gets a pop up that warns of ‘threats’ - don’t even click the X box to delete it. Turn off your computer immediately.
JC, that is one of the cutest pictures I think I have ever seen!!!!! It’s a saver, and I will bribe you (with chocolate, of course), to let me use it sometime.
They say frog legs taste like chicken, too!
Yes, I have had Peking duck, and it is delicious, if prepared properly.
When I was visiting relatives in a southern state, the day came for me to leave, and head back home. They bribed me to stay longer, offering to fix ground-hog just for me, if I would delay my departure.
Of course, I didn’t believe them, until their teenage boy appeared with a rifle in one hand and a ground-hog (quite deceased) hanging from the other - and the biggest, proudest grin you’ll ever see.
He ‘dressed’ it, and grandma spent two days cookin’ it. And, I must say, that with gravy and mashed potatoes, and some just-picked corn on the cob, it was pretty good. Tasted kinda like chicken!
Whats mine is yours is my motto! Isn’t he pitiful? I could squeeze that little thing to death.
I will accept the chocolate though...LOL!
Are you kidding about the groundhog? Ewwwww!
I have had frog legs! I was very young then too, and my husband and some friends went frog-gigging. I can’t remember where we lived or anything. I do know this, they were very good. He would kid me and say watch them jump and quiver in the skillet and it did look like they did. I can’t remember if you floured them or what!
My grocery store has them all the time in the fresh meat department, where the shrimp, fish, etc. is. Goodness, lots of memories sure come floating back, don’t they?
Darling, L. J.! I thought I had that one but never did find it!
What kinda duck do you like? The kind we can pet! I noticed your ‘peeking duck’!
Awwwwwww.....
Gotta run and do a few things!
