Glad you had a great Easter. I did, too.
Hope all is well with you, Amy.
Yep, I can see that you do need a nap. You’re double posting already. Giggle. I, for one, am going to bed right now. I’m frazzled. Hugs. Nighty nite.
Good night Victoria. Good to “see” you.
Nighty night, Nan! Hope to see ya around again.
I’ve been messing up all day.
At least dinner was okay ... no major mistakes.
First ... I posted your original graphic instead of the resized one.
Then I hit post twice on another post. Can you believe it .... I slept an hour and am still making mistakes.
Good night, Nan, pleasant dreams.
Sweet dreams.
Just listened..What a delight! Thank you, Sundog.
Awww..adorable!
My pleasure, yorkie.
I knew it Amy, but didn’t have the heart to tell you...LOL, and I was too tired anyway! Goodnight. (I just woke up, went to sleep in the Lazyboy and its midnight and I’m going to bed.)
OMG, Sundog, I LOVED this! FINALLY - a TRUE singer - (She reminded me of Kate Smith, in a way). No implants, bleached blond hair extensions, (or purple/hot-pink hair) 21” anorexic waist, lip plumps, face lift, cleavage showing, mini skirt, tattoos covering the arms, plastic/barbie type, - just a REAL lady!
Thank you, Sundog!
LOL
Hey ... you should have let me know earlier. I took a nap thinking all was well.
That will teach me to try to do 3 things at once. I did that while cooking dinner and trying to catch up on the laundry. Now I know why I don’t get to the Sunday thread early in the day.
Sweet dreams, Jaycee.
Thank you for the link, Sundog.
She was amazing.
Hope you had a Blessed Easter.
Thank you, Billie That beautiful egg looks like a Faberge! This one is just an ordinary egg Bursting open with flowers for you! Happy Easter!
You know what, yorkie? I honestly like your 'ordinary' egg Bursting open with flowers way better! It's a wonderful graphic - love the soft cream and periwinkle colors.
Thank you, Billie.
Previously, I posted that I have a collection of bird nests, on the shelves of an antique curio, in my foyer. It is the first thing people see when they enter my home. They are all different sizes - from a miriad of different birds.
To me, the nests mean, ‘home, safety, sanctuary, comfort’ and the ‘beginning of life’. “Warmth, security and love is within these walls.”
My grandaughter (while visiting) could not resist picking up and crushing the three eggs that were in one nest, and had been displayed there for many years.
It was a wonderful opportunity to explain what a nest was, and what the egg’s meaning was in this life. How fragile life is - and how careful we must be with the gift of life.
I think I understand what you are saying; and the more primitive it is - the closer to my heart it belongs.
