You remind me to be grateful I don’t have the flu..Allergies have been making me miserable..but not that miserable!Lousy way to lose weight.
Hoping you feel better soon..
I am feeling like I am the only one on the planet not watching the Bachelor!
;o)
It's the sickest I can ever remember being. I am thankful for the weight loss, at least something good came out of it.
So sorry you have been under the weather, Aqua. Hope you continue to improve quickly!
Last night was sad, when he didn’t give Jill the rose. He took her outside and they sat on a bench, and talked for quite awhile. Evidentally, being ‘best friends’ with the person he chose was not a priority for him - and it was for her. At one point in the show, he stated that he was ‘falling for her’, but he also said he wasn’t ‘in love with her’.
I don’t think he will chose Melissa, because her family never wanted to meet him (in public). My question has always been - why didn’t they chose to meet him in private? This is a big deterrent for him. Big enough for him to not choose her? Or when DeAnna comes back - will he fall for her again? Only the next episode will tell.
Hope you are better by then!! (((Hugs)))
Maybe he did meet Melissa’s parents off camera. She resembles Deanna the most so that may be his type. I really think there’s something going on between him and Melissa. We’ll know soon.
That’s awful! Poor MIL. It has been years since I had the flu ..and I never want to have it again..
Yes..I guess one can be grateful one good thing resulted.
Thank you for the hugs and good wishes. :)
It might have caused a stroke to tell her the truth.
Beautiful, Megs!
Hi, (((Jaycee))), I'm just getting back online since Saturday. In fact, I was offline so long I had to stop and think, what is my FR name? LOL.
So glad you liked that Tanya Tucker tune and glad I found it. Sometimes, I just "go with the flow" at youtube and find things that way.
Very cute Valentine, Amy, thanks.
I signed off early on Sat. and just getting back online now.
Hi, GeeBee:), glad you and Amy liked the tune.
Excellent, fish hawk, and lovely pic Meggers.
It fits in because we’ve been having a series of rainstorms in SoCal.
We are getting some rain this afternoon. Is it still raining in So Cal?
It rained so hard for a few minutes, that I had to get up and check the noise. If it rains at night, I usually hear it but during the day with the tv noise and being involved on the Internet, it is a surprise when I hear the rain.
I miss a lot on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Those days are usually dominated by family stuff.
Glad that you liked the valentine. :^ )
Showing up late for my Bachelor comments.
I’m upset about the previews. Why do they keep teasing with “DeAnna’s coming back?” Enough of that. It should be against the rules anyway. Then, Chris says it’s the most shocking finale ever. Hmmm, what could that mean?
Could it mean that Molly backs out? Maybe she concedes before the final rose ceremony. It looks so strongly in favor of Melissa now. They are naturally cuddly and have had the same type of heartbreak in the past.
On the other hand, Molly says she’s in for the long haul and she has that stability about her. I pegged her originally as the most wholesome and sincere. Jason says he’s looking for a lifetime commitment. It still could be Molly. That would surprise many, but not me:)
Last night’s show was strange, maybe poorly edited or they all had jet lag. They seemed off their timing.
Ironically, Jillian seemed the only one thriving in the New Zealand environment. And, she loosened up by the time of the hot tub, what a steamy scene. *Eyes popping*
Then, she gets dumped. But I knew she would anyway. Too late of a bloomer or something. He wants to see True Love in his lady’s eyes.
I’m not keen on next week’s format, wish we could get to The Finale then.
Incredible music choice, LUV, thank you.
A lovely song and Bruce Hornsby has a great voice.
I posted a youtube of him in duet with Bonnie Raitt, last week.
Amy, it hasn’t rained much in my area today but the sky is stormy looking and the air is damp. It rained overnight. February is our typical month for rain. So much for “climate change,” eh?
:o)
Another great choice of music for rainy days, Barry Manilow!
Thanks, (((Billie))).
P.S. Yes, I am listening....:)
Dita, I love Youtube...when I go there, I just keep finding things I wanna listen to. Sometimes, I search for something I want to hear and it gets a bit addictive, just like our Amy’s Place!
I had never heard that Tanya Tucker song before you posted it. I always did like her “husky like voice”. Not husky, but I can’t think of the word that describes it...maybe sultry?
