This is about renting a house in Finland and using legal and correct forms to prevent problems. Article is in Finnish.
Alla ovat Ympäristöministeriön viimeisimmät viralliset vuokrasopimus mallit. Tiedostot ovat PDF muodossa, joten ne ovat helppo tulostaa taikka tallentaa koneelle. Erittäin hyödyllisiä etenkin tehdessä vuokrasopimusta yksityiseltä yksityiselle.
Kiinteistönvälitys toimistoilla, jotka tarjoavat vuokra-asuntoja on yleensä kattavat sopimus pohjat valmiina. Mutta toki niihinkin kannattaa tutustua tarkasti ja kysyä kiinteistönvälittäjältä mikäli jokin asia askarruttaa.

Vuokra-asunto voi sitten alkaa metsästämään vaikkapa näistä lähteistä: Helsingin vuokra-asunnot, Turun vuokra-asunnot, Tampereen vuokra-asunnot, Oulun vuokra-asunnot, Joensuun vuokra-asunnot, Kuopion vuokra-asunnot sekä PK-Asunnot josta löytyy vuokra-asunto välittäjiä pääkaupunkiseudulta ja luultavasti Suomen suurin asunnon haku portaali, Etuovi com.
Internetin kautta siis löytyy vuokra-asuntoja todella hyvin ja kiinteistönvälitys yritysten suuntaus kohdentaa markkinointia Internetiin näyttää olevan entistä enemmän, mikä taas tarkoittaa kuluttajalle mukavaa tapaa selailla asuntoja kotitietokoneelta käsin.

My philosophy tends to keep me upright, probably for longer periods than is actually wise. But I have the conceit that the only critters who make progress while horizontal are earthworms.

Just got back from putting some gas in the truck. Enough to last till payday, anyway. Prices are sticking right around $2.11, Ugh. I liked it much better when it was $1.69.
$2.11? We're up around $2.25 - $2.35.
I haven’t been able to fill my tank since it was down to $1.69. It started going back up last week, but people just weren’t buying it.
That’s OK. I don’t drive much, these days. I just can’t afford it.
I thought about getting scooters, but just can’t justify them.

They’re so popular here, one really has to be careful driving as they seem to come out of nowhere.
Yah. My other hesitation is that I was in an accident (hit from behind) on one once. Fortunately I had a helmet on; it could have been much worse.
Yep. My grandson got one after he graduated, and was on his way to work. He was stopped for a red light, getting ready to make a left turn, and got hit from behind. He went rump over teakettle and landed on his left leg. It didn’t break, and he wasn’t wearing a helmet, so I guess he’s much better off than he could have been. He hasn’t ridden it since.
Well, it's time to install a new OS on the computer and reload files -- a few hours. I may pull out the laptop in the interim.
I was thinking of sorting through some papers and getting them filed. I dunno. That sounds like a job for a weekday.
Maybe I’ll just play with some yarn.
The kind of thing I do, often enough.
Spike scanned the area. There was no movement anywhere. There was no sound.
The stillness made him think he could be deaf. Certainly he had been exposed to explosions enough to deafen anyone.
The only sound occurred when he took a step. Tiny bits of rubble, perhaps even sand grains, were disturbed under his descending boot. He could hear that.
