This is about renting a house in Finland and using legal and correct forms to prevent problems. Article is in Finnish.
VINKKI! Tallenna sopimuksen pohja tietokoneelle painamalla oikeaa hiiren nappia ja valitsemalla Tallenna Kohde nimellä.
( Sopimusmallit perustuvat ympäristöministeriön asetuksiin asuinhuoneiston vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (537/2004) ja alivuokra-asunnon vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (538/2004). )
Vuokra-asunto voi sitten alkaa metsästämään vaikkapa näistä lähteistä: Helsingin vuokra-asunnot, Turun vuokra-asunnot, Tampereen vuokra-asunnot, Oulun vuokra-asunnot, Joensuun vuokra-asunnot, Kuopion vuokra-asunnot sekä PK-Asunnot josta löytyy vuokra-asunto välittäjiä pääkaupunkiseudulta ja luultavasti Suomen suurin asunnon haku portaali, Etuovi com.
Internetin kautta siis löytyy vuokra-asuntoja todella hyvin ja kiinteistönvälitys yritysten suuntaus kohdentaa markkinointia Internetiin näyttää olevan entistä enemmän, mikä taas tarkoittaa kuluttajalle mukavaa tapaa selailla asuntoja kotitietokoneelta käsin.
Tell it you left home under an assumed name ;-).
That why they gave me a name Badge.
Red wine, check. Salad, check. Pringles, check. We are go for final countdown.
Pringles?
Sadly I was already in the office so it knew where to find me.
kymmenen...yhdeksän...
kahdeksan...
Gorky Park? By Martin Cruz Smith?
His later works are much better, but still set in “Russia.”
Russia is depressing. I read “Red Square” and “Polar Star.” Deeply, seriously gloomy. Stuart Kamisky’s series about Porfiry Rostnikov is somewhat more sprightly.
Yep. Polar Star I think was the most depressing, though it was “good” in a wierd way. I liked it better than Gorky Park. It took him ten years to write GP. That’s an awful big writer’s block!!
I’m still getting through “Gordon of Khartoum,” but he’s got less than a year to live, so maybe I’ll finish it this week. I took the girls to get their hair cut after lunch. They were having trouble seeing!
Oh yes... they joys of the POP TOP!
LOL Once you pop you just can’t stop.
Just kidding.... ok maybe not ....
Pringles For the win!
My hair is getting to the point where I want to shave my head. I decided to go for the “smooth” look last year, and now I wish I hadn’t. It’s so fine and thick that it is hard to handle, even for me.
I’m thinking of a permanent again, but why? I could always go for a short, spikey do, but I’d have to go every week to get it done. :o[
Ohno. If you saw how they were made, you’d never eat another!
My friend Susan has spikes, but it just looked silly when I tried it. Wrong cut, I guess.
I have pretzel sticks and salad, but I’m out of wine.
Oh I have seen how they are made! LOL It was on “How’s it Made” on the discovery science channel. I was surprised actually, they are SLIGHTLY healthier than I thought they were LOL
well there has to be a grocery store near you! The day is young yet! LOL
My hair is thick enough that it would work, but it has no body at all, and I’d probably have to use Super Glue to keep it in place.
*sigh*
Whatever I do, it has to be feminine, because of how tall I am, and my broad shoulders. Which is why I mostly had permanents....
LOL!
My step-son worked for Ore-Ida in the instant mashed potato section. He swore off instants for life!!
Come on, admit it. Canadians are a happenin' bunch.
