Well, the fix was in, but she couldn’t see it. Had she sung any other song, she would have been through. I am sure the Producers were nudge-nudge, wink-winking her and she didn’t see it.
The judges didn’t look happy about letting gangrene-arm through, for sure.

I’m happy about the 13 thing. When it came down to the last two I was a-wonderin’ how they would choose. I think it’s cool to keep them and I like the whole judges pick thing. It puts a whammy in the “vote for the worst” gang. And it looks at performers from the marketability factor. After all - look what happened to the “soul patrol”. (p.s. - I was voting for chris daughtry that year - marketability!) I know - preaching to the choir...sorry! :-) Going to bed now - where I obviously belong since I’m rambling...

Girl talk for a second: I bought one of those maxi dresses today (you know a man thought of that name, no woman would name an article of clothing "maxi").
Anyway, it's nice, but I can't see how anyone shorter then 5'9" would wear them. I'm 5'10 3/4" and it skims the ground.

had to miss tonight for my son’s Upward basketball banquet.
