Ah, I think this kind of opining should be left up to the eye of the beholder. You happen to be the giver of a pulchritudinous way, so your judgment is null and void!
I'm just sayin'...;-)
RK brought it up during our little critique of Amy Winehouse pics, and then YOU showed some guy in "Raising Arizona" looking at the magazine to prove that's where she even knew about Juggs magazine! LOL!
That bag is so cute. It seems to say I can kick your *** and yet I’m still all girl:)
It's funny how different people view talent. It's like Barry Manilow. He's a GREAT singer, with talent and a good voice. However, I would never pay money and WANT to go see him live, or buy any of his records.
Anoop is average at best, in my butter bean opinion.
Yep, I see what you mean...I didn't consider this aspect since we're in the new age of scattered genre.
LOL! That’s a match!! I’ll be laughing about this for days!!
Yeah, that's him. Aren't you way too young to even know who he is???
Put a pic of him next to Alexis dad and revel the clone factor.
Thanks Netizen. The whole album leaked yesterday due to a really stupid mistake by the iTunes Norway site. Bootleg download links spread like wildfire. I have links and downloaded the album (it's great!), and gave some thought to sending them to Jonny. But as a fan of Kelly's, I worry about the impact this nearly 3-week-early leak will have on her sales. After the mess of her 'My December' flop, I've been hoping this new album would debut in #1 on the Billboard 200 chart, and then have longevity to go multi-platinum.
Here's a link to the MTV story about the leak. All iTunes sites were supposed to just put up short clips for pre-orders, but the Norway site somehow screwed up and offered the complete songs for sale. Word this morning is that iTunes Norway has disabled the full songs, but the damage has been done. In hours yesterday, the album fell from #5 on the U.S. iTunes site to #8. In these hard economic times, why should people buy the album if they can get it for free.
The good news is that there has been almost universal praise for the album on the music boards from people who downloaded it. Consensus is that it's better than her huge smash 'Breakaway' album which sold nearly 7 million domestically, somewhere around 12-14 million worldwide, and won 2 Grammys for Kelly.
Yes, I know about the leak and I too was concerned about her sales. That’s why I gave the link to clips instead. ;)
It will be interesting to see what RCA and Kelly's management decide to do about the iTunes Norway mistake. (I can't help wondering if it really was a mistake, or if someone at the Norway site did it deliberately.)
Anyway, they've done a masterful job so far with marketing and planning for the album's March 10 release. The first single is an absolute smash, and everything was going really good. They selected March 10, because there's no other big-name album that's going to be released that week (and sales reporting weeks run Tuesdays to Tuesdays) or the following week. This planning for Kelly's new album gives it the debut week and the following week to get the #1 spot. Being able to say in promos that you have a #1 album makes a big difference in overall sales.
The question now is will management decide it needs to release Kelly's album early. U2's new album debuts March 3. The Jonas Brothers release a concert soundtrack album on Feb. 24, so there isn't room for Kelly's album to come out a week or two early without butting heads with those two potential big sellers.
Anoop better hope against Affirmative Action wildcards.
lol. I was thinking that what would happen if it was a 12 caucasion top 12??? Would the World emplode???
I think that is what the wild cards are for. To make sure that doesn't happen. We have most everything represented. Whites, Blacks, Hispanic/Latin American, Indian, gay, straight, religious, emo/goth.
No, he was on The Muppet Show all the time and wrote many, many of their songs. I think he might have even been in The Muppet Movie.
He was every where in the late 70's/early 80's, but then he got into drugs. He wrote The Love Boat theme song.
Personal Quotes
I could find the cure for Cancer, but what people will always remember me for is writing the theme for "The Love Boat" (1977). [3/1998]
He always seemed like he was stoned out of his gourd whenever he was a guest on Mike Douglas. I couldn't have been much older than about nine or ten and I even thought then, wow this guy is whacked on LSD!
I agree. I'm looking forward to her album and will be happy to buy it (I can't say the same about some other recent Idol releases, lol)
You should read the bio at IMDB he wrote a ton of songs!
I’m kind of looking forward to Hicks’ new CD. I really like ‘What’s Right is Right’. I just wish there were a way to listen to other clips before I buy.
Idol won't be seen tonight. The networks are obediently clearing their prime-time schedules to make room for Obama's taxapalooza speech.
But Idol will return Wednesday night with another two-hour performance show, followed by the one-hour results show on Thursday night.
Try to stay sane until then ;)
