read on Dave Barry's blog that Peter and the Star-Catchers is going to be a theatrical production. Really? It is good, I'm kinda surprised they haven't made it into a movie for tweens. Hey Inkheart, Inkspell, and Inkdeath are really good books too. I did hear that the series ending is disappointing. I hope not, I just got books 2 & 3! The first one starts a little slowly and then really gives good vivid details about the characters and the setting. I got hooked fairly easily. I am such a book nerd though. I love to read. :)

That's why I went red. You never know what you're gonna get with the redheads That's easy, you get Lucille Ball! Maybe that's why you have such a good sense of humor. ;) I always loved Lucy. She was so pretty and so funny.

LOL!!! Now that is an accurate and funny depiction of Biden!

Interesting...
Thanks for that clarificaiton. I had the impression that they were only picking 3.
That’s bad news for us because we could be left with the dreaded Tatiana in the finals.
That’s a train wreck in the making.

Have you ever gone to any of the Mayberry Days? No, but I wish I had. It's so close by.
I say "had" because some of the cast members that used to attend, like Howard Morris (Ernest T. Bass) have passed away in the last few years, so it's not as big a draw as it used to be.
They had a huge Mayberry Days four or five years ago. Thelma Lou, Charlene Darling, Ernest T., The Darling Boys (The Dillards) and Jim Lindsey the Guitar Player (better known as Roscoe on The Dukes of Hazzard) were all there. I think Andy made it too. Don Knotts was scheduled to be there, but by then his health wasn't too good and he canceled.
I googled for photos and found this one of Betty Lynn (Thelma Lou) with a Barney Fife impersonator. She's got to be close to 80 by now.
Hey, she's a redhead too ;)

On reading that again...
Then on Thursday, March 5, Fox will air a special Wild Card performance episode in which each semifinalist groups highest remaining votegetter who didnt already automatically advance to the finals will get a second chance to perform along with several additional semifinalists that the judges will select.
I take that to mean, the 4th place person. Now, in the case of this past week, that's a hard call, because Dial Idol doesn't have any data for the 4th place. It could be Tatiana, Anne Marie, Anoop or Ricky.

I’ll bet it would have been a good time. I see that Jean Carson, the lady that played Daphne passed away just a couple of years ago, too. That’s what got me to wondering if you had ever gone.

Have you read The Giver? It's a loose trilogy with Gathering Blue and Messenger.
I listened to The Giver and Messenger on audiobook (they don't have Gathering Blue at Audible yet). I really liked them until the endings.
At the end of The Giver I actually said, "Are you kidding me! That's the end!" LOL

Jim Lindsey the Guitar Player (better known as Roscoe on The Dukes of Hazzard)....Nashville has Dukes of Hazard Days. Which is a little weird considering they were supposed to be in Alabama.

I spoke too soon! Audible finally has Gathering Blue. I’ll probably like it until the ending. ;-)

Ay-yi-yi, this WILDCARD thing is so mindboggling. I think it's starting to come into focus.
I take that to mean, the 4th place person. Now, in the case of this past week, that's a hard call, because Dial Idol doesn't have any data for the 4th place. It could be Tatiana, Anne Marie, Anoop or Ricky.
Hard to say. Seacrest said the vote between #3 Michael and Anoop was close, so I'm guessing Anoop was #4 and Tatiana was at #5 (the second highest female).
So I'd expect Anoop, Tatiana to be in the wildcard round. Two others, er, perhaps eye-candy Casey gets to redeem herself, and Ricky (hard call).

Hard to say. Seacrest said the vote between #3 Michael and Anoop was close, so I'm guessing Anoop was #4 and Tatiana was at #5 (the second highest female). Right, he said there were 20,000 votes between Michael and Anoop. BUT, he didn't say that there wasn't anyone in between them. ;) They play lots of games at AI.
To: CounterCounterCulture
By the way. According to Dial Idol, which had all three top vote getters correct, shows that Danny was #1, Michael was #2 and Alexis was #3. Danny had such a sizable lead it wasn’t even close. Still, I thought it interesting that Michael got more votes than Alexis.
To: silent_jonny
I was hoping Anoop over Michael.
To: silent_jonny
I thought there will be 4 shows — three with these groups of 12, from which 3 Final Twelves will be picked, adding up to 9 Final 12s. Then the fourth show will be with the Wild Cards the judges picked from the rejected ones, and from that show there will also be 3 Final Twelves picked, making a total of 12.

I really don’t think we need Obama standing in front of Pelosi to tell us that the State of the Union TOTALLY BITES. Just put on American Idol and let Simon pause for one moment to tell us that America is doing “ATROCIOUSLY” and let Paula look into the camera and tell us that we are still beautiful and we all will really learn from this experience.
