The former winners, Seacrest, Paula, Simon Fuller, and some former top 10 contestants in the background.

From 'Idol Chatter'

When Ryan comes back out, Carrie shrinks away. “Is one of us about to go home?” she asks in mock fear. “It sure feels like it.” Instead, Ryan introduces four other Idols -- Jordin Sparks, Taylor Hicks, Fantasia Barrino, Ruben Studdard -- then he takes a long pause before adding, “And the very first American Idol — Kelly Clarkson.” It’s the first time all seven Idol winners have been on the same stage at the same time. “There are all of your American Idols, in one place,” says Ryan, who then introduces American Idol creator Simon Fuller.

Fuller has created a special microphone-shaped statuette to give to each of the Idol winners. The show’s future winners will receive one of the sculptures as well.

Did you, or anyone catch Regis and Kelly today, regarding the ‘win a date with Taylor Hicks’?

Taylor Hicks’ my space

You can listen to ‘What’s Right is Right’. I think this is a song from his new cd coming out next month, but I could be wrong about that.

You're welcome, Peggy. It's fun just posting these photos. It would be awesome fun if we could hear their performances. I will be keeping my eye out on YouTube for anything that shows up there. If something does, I'll post links here.

A pic with the group and Mickey. :)

The David Cood and Carrie Underwood duet

Jonny, all the Carrie and Kelly fans on the music boards are dying for at least one photo of the two girls together, and a duet would be AWESOME.

The former Idol winners with the microphone shaped sculpture that Simon Fuller created for them. All future AI winners will receive on of them also.

What the heck are those things on Fantasia's feet?

One last bit of news for tonight, Peggy. David Cook’s album was certified as having gone platinum at the end of January. It’s only been out about since Nov. 18 and, like everything else in this economy, music sales are down. So this is an excellent achievement for David to have his debut his album go platinum so fast. His first single ‘Light On’ was a hit.

Carrie Underwood, Julianne Hough, Miranda Lambert land ACM noms

Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert and Julianne Hough were all recognized by the Academy of Country Music when nominations for its 44th annual awards show were announced on Wednesday.

It would not be an annual ACM ceremony without Underwood, as the American Idol fourth-season champ has amassed a total of six ACM awards in three years, including the last two Top Female Vocalist honors.

Underwood was once again nominated for Top Female Vocalist and will compete against Lambert, the original Nashville Star third-place finisher who was defeated by Underwood in the category last year. Heidi Newfield, Taylor Swift and Lee Ann Womack also received nominations for Top Female Vocalist.

One ACM award Underwood has yet to claim is Entertainer of the Year, however she'll have her first opportunity to do so at this year's ceremony. Underwood will face Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, George Strait and Keith Urban in the category.

Should Underwood win Entertainer of the Year she would be only the seventh female to do so and the most recent since the Dixie Chicks claimed the award in 2000.

In addition, Underwood's music video for "Just a Dream" was nominated for Video of the Year; while Lambert's album "Gunpowder and Lead" received a nod for Single Record of the Year.

Hough received her first-ever ACM nod for Top New Female Vocalist, an award previously won by both Lambert and Underwood.

The two-time Dancing with the Stars professional champ will have her ACM fate in the hands of fans, who for the first time will be allowed to vote for the winners in the Top New Female Vocalist, Top New Male Vocalist and Top New Vocal Duo or Group categories.

It will also be the second year online voting will determine who claims Entertainer of the Year.

The 44th annual ACM awards ceremony will air live from Las Vegas' MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday, April 5 at 8PM ET/PT on CBS.

The following link is a pretty good read. It goes through all 36 and some of the comments are pretty funny. They all have a pic, so its just a bit easier to leave an active link, rather than add all the pics to my photobucket account.

Top 36 revealed, reviewed, handicapped... and made fun of (where necessary)
