Ok folks here's the new thread for the new season.

Bauer's day takes an unexpected turn when former colleague TONY ALMEIDA returns. Meanwhile, newly elected President ALLISON TAYLOR leads the country alongside White House Chief of Staff ETHAN KANIN and First Gentleman HENRY TAYLOR.
A national security crisis prompts an investigation by a team of FBI agents including JANIS GOLD, RENEE WALKER, LARRY MOSS and SEAN HILLINGER. Although CTU is no longer, CHLOE O'BRIAN and BILL BUCHANAN are back for another momentous day of shocking events.

I think you’re right. Chelsea will be found out. She’ll be visiting with her brother before this day’s over. (She DOES wear white shirts, no?). But it wasn’t “her hitman” who did the dirty deed.
The only problem with my theory is...it would have to be an insider with info on Jonas’ schedule and access to the vehicle. In that case, why wouldn’t this insider have had info on the APB and been able to warn Tony & girlfriend/fake lawyer that their psuedo terrorist was discovered?
Well, IF it was Aaron...acting alone...because he's seen "so many guilty go free"....
But, if so, where did he get the explosive, etc... Boy do I hope I'm wrong but with this show this season, who knows. Anything's possible.
My main concern is for Freckles. I see her getting "kilt off" soon.

Jack will soon go into a coma. Kim will reappear with her baby. The baby will donate the stem cells needed to revive Jack.
Tony will turn out to be a good guy and will lead the FBI to the mystery group.
Chloe discovers Janis Gold is working for the bad guys and kills her in a cat fight.
Aaron discovers Olivia's activities and rats her out to her Mom. Her Mom has Aaron sent to a re-education camp in Cuba conducted by Al Franken. (OK, that's a little over the top...)
I agree.... Tony's already gotten close to the chick, who communicates with the bad guys... he's very close to being able to get all their ID's.... that's when, he'll be shown to be good...
Then again, maybe Tony really is just working for the bad guys... he sure sounds convincing????
Sorry I missed last night... didn't have on-line access where I was. What I want to know is... Why does 24 FINALLY use Muzzies as bad guys, but... now only as patsies being set up by bad Americans..
It's sickening PC if you ask me.

Is that a key to the whole drama? Or is it one of those things 24 hopes we’ll simply forget about?

Tony a bad guy? I don’t want him to be one —— but -—— how to explain his giving the order to blow up the building when he KNEW the FBI had men in there?
Aaron? (please, 24 writers — keep him good!) It was spoiled daughter who made the arrangements and had access to the money to pay for it. Where would Aaron get that in just a few minutes - assuming he was innocent up to the time that First Kid mentioned she wanted Hodges dead. And -— where did the girl get that money? She seems all over the place with her loyalties. And why are her pupils so dilated when she is facing a camera, and I suppose lights?
