A national security crisis prompts an investigation by a team of FBI agents including JANIS GOLD, RENEE WALKER, LARRY MOSS and SEAN HILLINGER. Although CTU is no longer, CHLOE O'BRIAN and BILL BUCHANAN are back for another momentous day of shocking events.

Why wasn’t the emir surprised to hear there was a bioweapon, and that it was going to be used? They didn’t tell him what the terror attack was going to be, and I’m pretty sure they didn’t let that information out about the attack on Starkwood, at least the part about there being a bioweapon.
