What a joke the UN is. Once again the UN proves to be ineffective as Isreal and Hamas continue to ignore them.

Although I haven't used it yet, I bought the Petipaws thing after PetSmart groomers charged me $11 for each one of my 2 Yorkies to have their claws done. (I didn't know that would be the charge at the time, but I'll do it myself from now on.)
$22 dollars is more than the price of a PetiPaws imo and well worth the price of about $20, for it will save me money in the long run.

Yeee Ouch! My birthday present, the knife set, do what they are supposed to do...cut.
I ever so slightly grazed/scraped a finger on one in the dishwasher. Yikes!
Yeee Ouch!

I have no idea about Pettipaws. I have my dog’s nails trimmed by the groomer so I don’t have to deal with it.
It’s well worth the money to me, since I know if you cut them too short they will BLEED. I think I would faint!
To: kassie
I'm fine.
In fact, no pain...healed over already.
Thank you, kassie!
Thems good knifes.!!! LOL

That reminds me. I got a set of knives and block at Macy’s a week ago. I had to buy the display set because it was the last one. The knives had had their blades covered with scotch tape.
I cannot get the tap off the steak knives. I have tried running them through the dishwasher repeatedly, scouring with steel wool (I got cut) and using Goof-off (which can’t get under the tape). Anyone who has an idea, please let me know.

I know if you cut them too short they will BLEED. I think I would faint!Exactly.
I can't stand a pet yelp, cry.. in pain. In an emergency, I solid as a rock. Nail cutting...nope! Go figure! That's why Sarah does it, but she sometimes forgets. She's good when she does it, but.. I would like to do it in between her nail cuttings.

Let's get to the point.
He's CLUELESS and DEVIOUS which equals not being qualified to be President, much less dog catcher.
Sorry , dogcatchers, you do get picked on. Just be good to those doggies!

Thanks, Carolina! And Helen MacInnis! Haven't thought of her in years...excellent idea.
I've been catching up on some Rumer Godden novels I missed, too.
Also I finished recently a Daphne du Maurier: Don't Look Now ...a short story which isn't too hard to find in collections of her shorter pieces.

All I can think of is to soak them in really hot water until the tape loosens.

I was up around 6 AM. When I walked downstairs I could see that the sky was very light, and I thought the sun was coming up. I then realized that sunrise wouldn't occur for about an hour and a half. I looked out the front window and saw a bright light on the horizon, which was a full and brilliant moon. It was amazing.
