Some women are even going as far as taking day trips with the fake babies to the park, out to eat, and even hosting birthday parties for them.

And yeh, this is creepy. I mean, I love babies myself, but I wouldn't even think of playing with a fake one. How it represents "motherhood" I have no idea, since motherhood requires WAY more than just holding a baby when it's sleeping.
