“You know there some people who can’t have children”

Whats keeping them from adopting a real child, if they desire a child that bad? And it is not just childless couples, there are women with children buying these as well.

Well amigo, things are not always that easy. Everyone has their own story. Why, I'll bet you have one of your own too, don't you? These people are hurting no one, if that lttle doll fills some special needs in their lives, then good for them.

Adoption can be difficult. Adopt in the US and you risk having a child who is brain-damaged by its mother's substance abuse, or has inherited the low IQ that made its parents dysfunctional in the first place; this has happened to three different adoptive families I know. You also risk having the idiot parents come back in five years and bankrupt you with suits in which they demand to have the child back.

Adopt abroad, and you will find it's very time-consuming and costly. You may also find yourself with a child who has been starved, neglected, beaten, or has serious health problems common only in third-world countries. Foreign countries are making it more difficult and expensive to adopt, and many people simply can't afford the up-front costs. After a Russian adoption ended in the child's death last summer, Russia is now making it harder to adopt their orphans.

If the general public knew the issues and potential issues involved with adopting in today's America there would be no question why so many American's go overseas to adopt.
