Details emerge on Jett Travolta's death
John Travolta, Kelly Preston and their children Jett and Ella Bleu, leave an airport in Rome.
John Travolta's lawyers -- who are close family friends -- reveal that Jett may have died in his father's arms Friday.
Us: How is John doing?
-snip- "John and Kelly are suffering total misery. They were so close to their son. This is hard to accept.
-snip-
Us: Have John and Kelly spent time with anyone since everyone arrived?
Ossi and McDermott: "John and Kelly have been pretty much locked away.
"We are staying here until John leaves. The autopsy should be on Monday.
-snip-
Us: It's been reported that Jett was left alone for several hours before being discovered. Can you clarify the timeline?
Ossi and McDermott: "Jett was not left alone. He had a nanny present at all times. The nanny was sleeping close to Jett's room. There was a baby monitor, a chime on the door so it was known when Jett was going in and out. He was completely supervised. The nanny found him.
Us: Is it true that Jett died in John's arms?
Ossi and McDermott: "Jett may have still been alive when John administered CPR, and then the EMT took over. Jett was pronounced dead at the hospital. I like to believe John had a chance to say goodbye. He may have died in his dad's arms. I am not certain."
Us: It's been said Jett had a history of seizures. How often did he have them?
Ossi and McDermott: "I am not confident to talk about that. I know he had a history, which of course warranted the extra attention."

This may be the chemical that Preston blames the seizures on:
2-butoxyethanol
It also comes in pet cleaners and could have an effect on your pet.
Bad start to the year for Scientology. Intense scrutiny into their practices and how they effected Jett’s death and a few days later they were slapped with a lawsuit about labor code violations, etc.
http://www.scribd.com/doc/9856545/Complaint-Filed-1509
One section of the lawsuit alleges that Scientology entities have for years subjected minors to illegal labor and deprived them of education.
They then switched tactics forcing female employees to have abortions.
The person who posted this lawsuit said:
“I will not mention names but I can tell you that organized scientology IMHO is very worried about this case and has already used major intimidation tactics against others who were going to be part of this initial complaint. People slated to be part of this complaint have withdrawn because of pressure of losing family members still in scientology.”
It is unclear whether he meanting losing them from their “disconnection policy” or a more sinister threat.
He goes on to say,
“While this is nothing more than my opinion, and while organized scientology will IMHO use great intimidation and resources to stop this action, I believe that this is the beginning of the end of one of the great all time abuses of organized scientology. That would be the horrible abuses of their own staff such as forced abortions, horrid child slave labor, beatings by Miscavige and his goons, humiliation, almost uncountable abuses of every major labor law in the country re working conditions, working hours, etc.. etc., etc.”
It will be interesting to see what Clinton does in the name of Scientology when she gets to the State Department.
I never thought John Travolta was a bad guy. the only explanation I can come up with as to why he is involved with this organization that does so many awful things is that he has been brainwashed.
If I were going to focus on anything about death in America, I would focus on how hosptials and hospices are putting dying people to sleep like cats. there is a new book out by the man who wrote the popular Marley and Me. The book is called The longest Trip home and the end of the book gives a great description on how the elderly are now put to sleep. Interesting how the family is given the medication or medication pump to give.
I believe the mod told you to stop personal attacks.
This site thrives on speculation, investigation, and tearing down propaganda machines.
There is a question about the timeline of Jett’s death.
Travolta’s plane apparently took off... before the paramedics were called... for the town of the lawyer and the headquarters for Scientology.
I haven’t seen when the flight plan was filed. Maybe this was a scheduled trip.
Maybe it wasn’t.
Would Kyle Brennan lived if his parent had called the paramedics before he called in the Scientologists? Would he had lived in the father hadn’t hidden his psche meds in the truck?
Who knows.
Did the Travoltas use Hubbard’s program Bring Back to Life Assist on Jett and when that failed they finally called in the paramedics. The paramedics found no pulse.
I believe there should be an investigation into the death of Jett Travolta and whether Scientology beliefs and practices caused his death.
And here is a reality for you....Clinton misused the State Department for this cult. It is reported that Clinton approached Travolta. But now that the hook is in..I think Scientology will be approaching the Clintons this time around.
Are Scientology’s spinner on this thread? They have more of a spin machine than Obama.
I think Arizona Caroyln’s blatent promotion of Narconon, a group that many MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS have a problem with, was more a function of trying to find something to bash me with rather than an understanding of their practices and a promotion thereof.
The person with an alias of Dr. has refused to comment on the high dosages of Niacin that is used by Narconon. Perhaps he doesn’t know the danger..or perhaps he does...and doesn’t want to validate the danger of Narconon...which as Arizona carolyn pointed out...was (and still is) promoted by the Travoltas.
There are a lot of questions about Jett Travolta’s death.
It should be investigated...but since it was in the Bahamas...and it involves the power/money hungry cult of Scientology who has a lot of weight to throw around..I don’t think it will be investigated.
The Travoltas spend years covering up the disability of their son as opposed to Jenny Mccarthy making it public and trying to do something about autism.
Both are a parental decision. Neither one more applaudable than the other. But now that it has come out that he was severly disabled......there are MANY people questioning his care..INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL DOCTORS..that INCLUDE Neurologists.
That is not sick.
I personally believe this cult should be charged under the RICO act. Maybe one day it will. In the meantime, hopefully the Travoltas will see the light and finally escape..like the niece of the leader.
I can speak to this from a personal basis. Under quite a bit of duress from family members, we called in Hospice. We took care of my mother at home...and people thought that Hospice would provide help. And they did provide some needed help when it was easier to call them in rather than take my mother to the doctor BUT
We were lead to believe it would be something different than what it really was.
I remember my mother sitting in the wheelchair,,still cognizant..as she was to the end.. and I think afraid of them. I let my mother know that I would not let her slip through the cracks. Even on the day she died, I told her that all she had to do was tell me that she wanted to go to the hospital and I would see to it that she got there.
I crossed swords with them on more than one occasion..and really got fed up with it. But I was not the primary decision maker.
Yes, they give you enough meds to kill a person..and actually encourage you to do heavy heavy doses..and actually encourage you to let them die as soon as possible...even to the point of not getting proper medical equipment..such as a different oxygen machine and mask to help with air flow. I had to do that.
My mother was not ready to die when hospice was called in..didn’t trust them...and I hated the fact that they encouraged us to help her die faster.
I will never again call in Hospice.
If you think it’s bad now....just wait until “The One” implements his (and Hillary’s) socialized healthcare. And also look for the Marxist left to redefine the term “elderly”. Even as they raise the age at which you can collect social security, they will be lowering the age at which they deem you to be ‘too old to warrant certain healthcare and/or procedures or surgery’. (just my crystal ball gazing 2 cents)
My uncle was in a nursing facility for late-stage Alzeimers. When my mom went to visit him he was medicated to the point of being a zombie...almost coma-like or catatonic. She fought them tooth and nail against medicating him that heavily. I’m sure it was much more convenient for them to just keep him a drugged-up vegetable and if not for my mom, his sister, they would have gotten away with it...as I’m sure they do all the time with patients that do not have loved ones to fight for them. Despicable.
Has anything been discovered as to why Jett was left alone for so long? I can’t help but wonder why, if he needed round the clock care, at least one of the two nannys or one of his parents were not there with him.

“”
Wecht, who was not involved in the autopsy, said the biggest question that might never be answered is how long the teen had been unconscious.
The absence of addressing this strongly suggests that the boy was lingering there for some time. Hours, as opposed to minutes, before he was found,” said Wecht. “I don’t believe this is information that will be shared with the public.””
Of all people, the guy who was hired by Scientology in the Mcpherson case.
And leads more credence to the question about the flight times of Travoltas jet to Florida from the Bahamas.
People here are SPECULATING..that they had been out all day..were tired...and sleeping..and didn’t hear Jett get up...the door chime, etc.
But you see, the Travoltas are claiming they found him within minutes...as least in one report.
I am pretty sure I read that someone slept in his room..but I may be mistaken..or maybe I inferred that from the comment that Jett was never left alone.
The speil Hospice gave us was to dope my mother up so she wouldn’t feel pain.
She was actually pretty lucky and not in as much pain as many.
I struggled then..and now..with how much medicine is too much.
On the day she died..she woke up that morning yelling that she was dying. She didnt die until almost 24 hours later.
She didn’t want to be knocked out..but Hospice came and said we should dope her up..and they doped her up...
I guess it is a balance between what the patient wants and what is good for them..I don’t know. Different case in nursing home..they dope you up so they dont have to deal with you..especially Alzheimers patients.

Another interview by wecht.
And simplistically, what happens is the brain, in a convulsive seizure disorder, which may have occurred 100 times before in someone who has been epileptic for decades, just on that particular occasion, unpredictably and inexplicably goes awry. The neural pathways that control the conduits to the heart and lungs get knocked out and the heart begins to beat irregularly and you die.
The tragedy here is we do not know the time from when the boy went into the bathroom Thursday evening until he was found Friday morning. And that could be ascertained by the pathologist in studying the tissues to see how much fluid had developed in the lungs and so on. I’m not second- guessing anybody, and I understand and from the little I know, find the diagnosis quite, quite valid.
As to the circumstances, I don’t believe there’s anything very suspicious or foul-play nature. I’m just saying that this is the kind of thing that can happen with someone who is susceptible to convulsive seizures of whatever kind, epileptogenic or from a traumatic brain injury or whatever. And on any given occasion, when they go into a convulsion, if there is not somebody there to immediately establish an airway, give oxygen and control the beating of the heart, that person may die.
and
WECHT: I have only heard and do not know personally that he was on Depakote. Depakote is a very commonly prescribed medicine for convulsive seizures, a quite proper and appropriate medication for this condition. Now, whether he was taking it scrupulously and so on - that is something that you and I will likely never know.
But he was taking Depakote, and so the thoughts, the conjecture that he was being ignored because of his father’s religious beliefs and so on, I do not believe that that is well-founded.
Your post was so stupid that I forgot to point out that ***I**** posted something from a former Scientologist who used a ruse to try to help JETT...who said that he was never told to take his disabled child off of meds, etc.
I guess you forgot that little piece of information in your nasty diatribe.

Another “SICK” Doctor speaks about Jett.
“Dr Yousef Mohammad, who has not treated Jett, said: “It is highly dangerous to take a patient off seizure medication.
“The only time we do that is if the patient has been seizure-free for two to three years.”
The neurologist and assistant professor at Ohio State Medical Center in Columbus added: “Depakote can rarely cause liver damage. But there are many alternatives.
“I would switch to Keppra, which is excreted by the kidneys, not the liver and is very safe.
“There are many new medications available...but you do not stop medication.”
and by the way, if you do stop the medication...buy a helmet..although keeping a helmet on a boy who is severally mentally disabled might be a challenge.
Exactly right....
Can Narconon’s detox program harm the body...the kind of program that Jett had to go through.
One more victim of the power grabbing money hungry cult..and why Germany gives them such a hard time..DESPITE THE MISUSE OF THE STATE DEPARTMENT BY THE CLINTONS

Very interesting Reading about Washington DC, the “CHURCH” of scientology..and lobbyists.
Said Rep. Doug Bereuter, R-Neb.: “I think it is important we not have Tom Cruise or John Travolta setting foreign policy in this country and think that is a driving factor behind this legislation.”
