Details emerge on Jett Travolta's death
John Travolta, Kelly Preston and their children Jett and Ella Bleu, leave an airport in Rome.
John Travolta's lawyers -- who are close family friends -- reveal that Jett may have died in his father's arms Friday.
Us: How is John doing?
-snip- "John and Kelly are suffering total misery. They were so close to their son. This is hard to accept.
-snip-
Us: Have John and Kelly spent time with anyone since everyone arrived?
Ossi and McDermott: "John and Kelly have been pretty much locked away.
"We are staying here until John leaves. The autopsy should be on Monday.
-snip-
Us: It's been reported that Jett was left alone for several hours before being discovered. Can you clarify the timeline?
Ossi and McDermott: "Jett was not left alone. He had a nanny present at all times. The nanny was sleeping close to Jett's room. There was a baby monitor, a chime on the door so it was known when Jett was going in and out. He was completely supervised. The nanny found him.
Us: Is it true that Jett died in John's arms?
Ossi and McDermott: "Jett may have still been alive when John administered CPR, and then the EMT took over. Jett was pronounced dead at the hospital. I like to believe John had a chance to say goodbye. He may have died in his dad's arms. I am not certain."
Us: It's been said Jett had a history of seizures. How often did he have them?
Ossi and McDermott: "I am not confident to talk about that. I know he had a history, which of course warranted the extra attention."

Are you familiar with Citizen’s Commission on Human Rights...a front for Scientology?
Perhaps you might want to listen to the link I posted in the voice of the founder of Scientology about epilepsy and medications.
Did Kelly Preston REALLY give her child a drug against their founding beliefs...or is it a fabrication?
This is something Scientology will have to explain to their members.
Why was a high profile high up in the chain of Scientologists giving their child a medication that goes against their beliefs?
Actually you are wrong. Read the title of the thread. DETAILS. NOT CONDOLENCES.
Ah, think as you will. Hatred appeals to some, it appears.
As a retired nurse, my heart goes out to your family as you all struggle with these issues. I appreciate them, especially on this thread with some remarks that do not reflect well on FReepers.
As a young woman, I had a friend who lived with her family, had a fairly severe seizure disorder, had to take meds that sometimes made her fairly sleepy, and had had extensive, expensive dental work due to tooth fractures during seizures. She was working at the bank where I worked, at the time, but she was getting set up for brain surgery in the next few months; my family moved out of town and I moved into university, and we lost touch. Amazing how some families live, the challenges they face.
If you don’t mind, I’m going to pray for all of you on a regular basis.
Do you think the Scientologist handlers were on board? I wonder who was flying the plane?

Regarding all your "what if's" you are dealing with gossip and inuendo and should be ashamed of yourself for going there and spreading crap on this site.
Please stop using me to post your sad comments.
I addition to boating he was seen swimming and playing with his father in the water during the vacation and we have all seen picture of he and Kelly walking on the beach. He was not a bed-ridden invalid, they tried to give him as normal a life as possible, but his seizures were severe and became more frequent and uncontrollable == even when he was taking the meds. They evidentally didn't do any surgery to try and aleviate them.
OH MY NO..YOU DO NOT REMEMBER CORRECTLY. You have a VERY bad memory.
Gossip and innuedo??
Good lord, it is not gossip that the founder of Scientology did not believe in giving medicine to people who suffer seizures.
Just because you deem something gossip does not make it so.
So now the question becomes did they REALLY give their child the medicine against Scientology beliefs and if so...how are they going to explain to the hundreds of Scientologists that have had to give up their seizure medication.
And no, that is not gossip.
But then, you just want to gloss over everything.
Well, I’ll take her first hand observations over some local gossip who spread some horrible rumors because of a visit John made to his resturant. Thank you for posting this.
Perhaps you should stop posting hateful comments to me. Each time you do I will respond.
I can’t decide whether to laugh or cry.
People Magazine editor “claimed” he will have a “balanced” article.
I have to leave for a while. Carry on!
I said I support the constitution and that includes the right to worship as a person sees fit -- including Islam -- and even Sharia Islam, but that US law trumps murder so the constitution allows them worship but stops them from doing part of their worship that is most repulsive. You really are a rumor monger here! It doesn't matter if you and others don't approve of Scientology -- Mormonism or other religions, the CONSTITUTION allows freedom of worship. I don't care for Black Theology religion, either, but they have the right to exist.
That is an outright lie! They treated their son’s epilepsy. You really need to get a grip and get your facts right. I’ve heard her many times on Hannity’s radio station and her fight is with psychotropic drugs — like being forced on children with ADD, ADHD, etc...
And I asked you if Sharia Law is okay with you if Odinga puts it into effect and makes it legal...so evidently, the answer is YES Sharia law is okay as long as the law of the land allows it.
It is not a matter if John has the right to practice Scientology...is a matter of what happens to those like Jett.
When do the childrens rights become more important TO YOU, ...in the name of FREEDOM OF RELIGION.

Actually, all you have to go on is a statement from the attorney about the treatment of seizures with medication. Have you seen anything else at any other time prior to this about her giving her son medicine for seizures? I would be interested to see the documentation.
They may have treated their son.
BUT IT IS CLEAR, THE SCIENTOLOGISTS DO NOT BELIEVE IN TAKING MEDICATIONS FOR SEIZURES.
How hard is that for you to understand.
So she may have used it on her son..or may not have..but Scientology DOES NOT BELIEVE IN IT.
And yes she is very outspoken on drugs for kids as part of the group that is a Scientology front.
Any of you have diabetes? Forget insulin...throw it away like you can throw away your epilepsy medicine

Who is suppose to protect the children from this garbage?
My son was a caregiver for a few autistic children. I could ask him, but I only remember one incident of any medical treatment being given to the kids he worked with. That particular case was the mother trying make the boy practically into a zombie instead of helping him. Another boy he worked with only had his father, teachers at his school, and my husband (who was his caregiver after school) working with him. As far as I know medication was never administered.
