Ed Hale of Plains Radio has secured a copy of the Dunham/Obama divorce decree as promised. He has registered this at the courthouse and has turned the document over to lawyers who are reported to be happy and enthused over the contents.
This is the first page. This is all that can be divulged at this time as those who have seen the decree are sworn to silence. You may hear information about it tonight on Ed's plainsradio show.

Ummm..., it’s all out there and verified..., as I’ve given before. A lot of people already know about Chief Editor Korir....
The only people who want to “ignore” this information about how some are dragging things out and/or actually planting false information or stories — are those who are willing to “believe anything” — and *won’t* take measures to *require proof* before believing a lot of the outlandish stuff....
That’s the biggest problem...
And BTW, is Merchant Seaman monitoring how many multiple threads and Web sites this same thing is getting posted on?

Well..., there was a poster who didn’t know who Chief Editor Korir was and how that was related to what is going on...
It would seem that you don’t want people to *know the truth* about a lot of this stuff that happened before the election and continued right on until almost the end of December. It’s all relevant...

This makes no sense at all. The document, if it is real, is an official document in the records of the State of Hawaii. “registering it at the courthouse” in whatever burg Mr. Hale is in (assuming the court actually accepted it, which normally requires that a case be filed) proves nothing.
Actually, there’s no such thing as “registering at the courthouse”, so far as I know, but maybe Mr. Hale’s state is different. I’ve heard of FILING at the courthouse, and LODGING at the courthouse (as part of an ongoing case) and there’s “RECORDING with the county recorder, who may be located “at the courthouse”, but is not part of the court.
The CERTIFICATION stamp by the Hawaii courts on the original is the only thing that counts. There are reasons to “record” certified copies of court documents from one jurisdiction in another jurisdiction’s recorder’s office, such as to enforce judgments, but not with this Divorce Decree from forty five years ago.
“Handing the document over to his lawyers” is also wierd. Is it for safekeeping? Is it so they can give a legal opinion on the meaning of such words as “Hawaii” and “divorce”?
I get official documents all the time, from the local courthouse, county recorder, etc., as well as from out of state, and out of the country — some I got recently were court records more than twenty-five years old. While it might be a tad confusing if you’ve never done it before, it really ain’t all that complicated.
Mr. Hale makes it seem like giving birth to a baby.

One wonders why I think some of this is hilarious that goes on at times..., and this comment shows part of it...
On API, when Chief Editor Korir was dragging this thing out, the same thing was said on his board, too — that “Obots” were coming out to prevent the Chief from releasing the Michelle Obama tape to Fox News, so that they could prove that Obama was born in Kenya according to what his own wife said...
But, in the end — it wasn’t the Obots — but it was Chief Editor Korir who said he did all that to punish the fools (what his idea was...) for believe such ridiculous stories as what he was saying and reporting.
Berg was in on this, as he was Korir’s lawyer and Ed Hale was trying to get the tape to air, instead of Fox News and threatened to sue Korir for breach of contract.
It turns out that it wasn’t the Obots who were the problem, it was the other people who thought they actually had something to prevent Obama from being elected (as this was before the election).
Korir kept the scam going almost to the end of December — still scamming for months on end...

What makes this interesting is that Ed HAS to continue to “progress” to the end of the story, yet how many smaller and smaller “baby steps” he is able to come up with to prolong the journey.
It’s a cross between Zeno’s paradox of motion and a trip to George Constanza’s Long Island vacation home.
It is a print of the microfiche of the first certified original. In a typical court case there are six copies that are produced and certified by the court clerk. The actual document is usually prepared by the plaintiff's counsel, and presented to the baliff or clerk of the judge that presided over the case.
So, it really makes me no never mind (I think this is a Texas colloquialism)that Ed is handling this in the manner he is. Just more power to him. POWER baby :-) The DUmmies are praying to the O. Obama has MANA?

You know — that’s *very logical* that the Clintons would have wiped out Obama if they could do it (and if anyone could, they sure could...). But, that’s *too logical* for many posters here... :-)
And Berg (of Supreme Court fame) also is a 9/11 Truther, thinking that Bush had something to do with 9/11... hmmmm...

On the other hand, I’m doing something *very logical* to prevent Obama from doing this again. I’m talking to my own legislators in Oklahoma about getting that state law through that they’ve started to vet the Presidential candidate.
I think that will accomplish something real, here in Oklahoma...
