What makes this interesting is that Ed HAS to continue to “progress” to the end of the story, yet how many smaller and smaller “baby steps” he is able to come up with to prolong the journey.

You would be amazed at how quick Chief Editor Korir could “shift on his feet” and get over to another document or some other tangent that would take the attention off the present issue.
I’ll be interested to see if, indeed, Ed Hale has learned a lot from Korir...
