Ed Hale of Plains Radio has secured a copy of the Dunham/Obama divorce decree as promised. He has registered this at the courthouse and has turned the document over to lawyers who are reported to be happy and enthused over the contents.
This is the first page. This is all that can be divulged at this time as those who have seen the decree are sworn to silence. You may hear information about it tonight on Ed's plainsradio show.
Something like $10 bucks for the filing fee unless you are willing to go to DC yourself and search public archives.
I think he saw his numbers jump on his site and knew it was us. I think he is following the thread.
“And it could very well be that she is still alive and had to go underground.”
do you mean underground as in Students for a Democratic Society and their progeny the Weather Underground?
Since there is about a $100,000 reward for a Bigfoot why didn’t they claim it?
The link to the Lolo divorce had probably been posted here before but I just recently posted it. Alot of people hadn’t seen it. Then it showed up on Ed’s site. It could have easily been found with just a google search months ago.
I bet you can find almost everyone quoted there.

lol, just....lol
CE,
Someone needs to get on the telephone and call a British Consulate or the Washington DC Embassy on Monday and ask them a couple of questions:
To where in England were the vital statistics records of British subjects moved when Kenya became independent?
Under what department/office/whatever are they found and the address.
The Canal Zone sent all its vital statistics records to Washington DC, and they are under the State Department. The address is available on Google.
The address for the Kenyan vital statistics could no doubt be found on Google if the caretaker (the department/office/whatever) is known.
“Is Ed the same person as Roy D. Mercer?”
absolutely not....I listened to Mercer plenty....not even close to the same voice
IF what he is saying is true, he would not need the money for a lawsuit because this would no longer be a civil matter but a criminal matter (document fraud etc.) so it would simply need to be referred to some friendly state, local, district, or federal attorney's to press charges. That would not involve money out of his pocket beyond the cost of postage.
In Star's defense, I don't think she is trying to do that. But she rather believes that it doesn't matter, that we should ignore the truth because looking for it is "distracting" to making sure this doesn't happen again. She thinks we should just ignore the Constitutional requirement, this time, in favor of making sure they observed next time.
What I would ask is: What happens if you get your wish, many states require proof of eligibility before a candidate can be put on the ballot and then in 2012, it turns out Obama was not eligible. He'd have served for 4 years. What happens to every law signs, every order he gives and every appointment he makes. All illegitimate, since they were done by someone not eligible to the Office.
I'd just as soon avoid that kind of nightmare, if we can. If we can't, or even if we can, we can still work on getting those state level proof of eligibility laws put in place. It's not an either/or situation. IMHO, of course.
Ed says when he come back on line, he’ll explain how to see the divorce decree and he will have the lawyer on
Tell Ed, get the proof first and then I am sure you will have plenty of donations.
Going to break. Preparing the document to post and getting the attorney on the phone for the top of the hour broadcas where they’ll tell all ... STAND BY we’ll see if this holds water ...
Giggdy.
Little lady patriot08
what is your point?
By the way, Chief Editor Korir is *back* again... LOL... (it’s really too amazing, actually) — and — he’s accusing Berg of causing him problems, now... (really...)...
There are those who thought API was closing down and to their disappointment we are growing stronger as the days go by and will continue running two websites also in 2009. We are happy that WordPress did not listen to our enemies who worked tiredlessly to have us closed and have let us retain our site after reviewing the case.
The US politics caused approar and many did not know how to deal with us as we continued to pour news about the US leadership and the elections. This is something we will do also in the coming year, and surely to the detriment of those who would have liked to see us loosing our WordPress site and to close down.
The Michelle Obama tape and the Imam document will be our focus in the next few weeks and the documents of proof on the two stories will be displayed for all readers to see and digest.
API started the stories and will close them with clear proof in order to ashame those who thought it was either a scam or a hoax.
We will open the year with the real facts on the Michelle tape and the Imam-Obama document and will ensure that readers get the real picture of what we have had in store, so that they may realise that API does not deal with hoaxering and scammering
See, I was telling you about the Michelle Obama tape, the Muslim cleric, and Berg (and Ed Hale, but didn’t see him mentioned here, directly).
There’s more of this at http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/chat/2157887/posts
Oh..., and Chief Editor Korir is going to help us make sure Obama is not our next President — aren’t you glad, now?
—
You really can’t even “make this stuff up” — it’s impossible..., reality is its own fiction...
I’m going to have to go back to the search terms I used back in July to discover if the documents are indeed in Oxford. I went through part of a page of listed documents before my computer froze up and I abandoned the search.
Yes, that’s it! Shivers and ickiness. LOL
I'm doubting it. If they had a real scoop, they would not be leading us on so much. Seems like the Michelle Obama tapes all over again.
