Luckily, we live in a small community where everyone—used to—knows each other/ are relatives. Made it hard for the kids to get away with anything, as I knew about it before they got home. They hated that! Being the EVIL mommy that I am, I enjoyed it!

When my kids were growing up, there were several of us on the street that didn’t work. We kept an eye on each other and the kids.

How cute! That is not the expression that would be on my rat terrorists faces if they were the ones looking out at those birds! LOL

Our temps dropped 20 degress this aftern00n by 5pm..We're back to winter.. The raccoons stand up on the glass doors, begging and I have trees overhanging, too..The kitties stand up on in the inside, looking at what's happening outdoors..The upper part will look brighter for awhile at least. I finished the glass doors.., started on mirrors and stopped cold..looking at the china cabinet..
I now am working on the dishes, crystal and shelves..I hate this job but know it may be the one spot I can keep safe from kittens and can decorate..It's a two day job to clean everything and put back stuff..so once I get the lower shelves clean..I am through for the night.My back is yelling at me.
.The kittens think I am doing all this to entertain them..LOL I wish my kittens had spent all afternoon sleeping like Mr Mittens and my Silky..They act like nothing at all has happened to them..especially the younger one. Crossing my fingers the stitches hold.

Oh how sweet. I love your dogs. Can’t imagine not loving a lab. My son had the sweetest black lab and she got into a bag of “something to kill weeds or insects” I forget right now. She went into convulsions and he saw where she had been in the bag and he rushed her to the hospital and they kept her alive a couple of days and he had to let her go. It was so sad. It has been about a year and a half ago. Her name was “Velvet” and she truly looked like velvet and so sweet and lovable.

How is Doggie taking the cold weather?

She's Taking it Pretty Well, Except that she Looks Like she's Lost a Little Weight Lately. She Eats Like a Horse, though, Lol, so I Guess she just Runs it Off.

It's So Funny; I Bought 2 Different Dog Houses for her, but she Never Uses them; on the Coldest Days, she Stays with her Friend Daisy Next Door. They have a Carport with a Wall on it that she Gets in. In the Mornings, she Likes me to Rub her Tummy, and then at Night she is Rambunctious, and Dances Around with Incredible Energy. She is So Cute!

Mr Mittens (Kitty Mittens) is a spoiled kitty.

Lol, Doggie is a Little on the Spoiled Side, too. : ) Daisy and I Both Love her Very Much, and are So Glad she Came to Live with us!
