That frame is like the one I was using but mine was HUGE! The one you sent was perfect.....did you just have to change the commands on it. That tables thing tears me up...I dont know why, it just does! Jaycee, when you're only framing a picture with tables, you don't need to give a "width" for any of the tables, because all you're doing is putting various 'frames' around said picture. The width of your 'frame' all the way around your picture is determined by the cellpadding, cellspacing, and border, which can all be made wider or narrower by the number you give it (as in "cellpadding=1", which is very narrow). The cellpadding width refers to the color or pattern of your background, and the "border" refers to the (usually colored grey) mitered outside edge of the cellpadding color or pattern. I usually leave "cellspacing" at zero, and make the "cellpadding" do all the sizing.
Play with the numbers in those two (cellpadding and border) and see what happens each time you change it. For now, leave every word just as I sent you - change only numbers or urls) K?

You can bet I won’t change anything but what you mentioned. The paragraph with all the instructions about cellspacing, cellpadding, etc. just blows me away. Why do you think it scares me like that.....after all I am not going to the electric chair~~LOL~~~Sometimes your mind will not let you comprehend what it is you’re supposed to learn. Gosh!
See ya tomorrow, good person! You are so nice to everyone, Billie! Goodnight.

Years ago I had a cardinal leave blood dripping down the peak of a glass wall with a cathedral ceiling..I thought he would never stop attacking his reflection..
I had one here too, several years ago but his banging against the glass wasn’t so violent..I have one pair in spring..so having 4 pair this week has been a treat..Of course I see offspring all summer but these birds have full color.

I love to look at old threads like this..It is beautiful, Billie..but I got a bit misty..I miss LadyX. I clicked on the next thread, too.. Thank you, Meg. I enjoy looking at the old ones, too, and love when we have an opportunity to link to one of them either through the day's holidays, or just a mention somewhere. I see posts by several of our dear friends no longer here and get sad, too - there's LadyX, Flyer, whoever, Cob (Texas Cowboy), LBGA, SheLion.....I know there are others.....

Thank you, Billie..I ended up using two backgrounds to make the narrow inner lines on the gold..I just could not find one alone that gave the right color effect with the girls’ gowns ..
(Shoulda been vacuuming but I do like to play with framing)
;o)
Love those cowboy boots!
I am getting sleepy so I will say goodnight, sweet dreams.

Goodnight, Jaycee. Don't ever think you're the only one who has ever felt intimidated by 'tables'. I thought I'd never learn how to make it do what it oughta do. But, honestly, one of these days, a lightbulb will go off in your head and you'll be changing numbers of tables and urls and sizes and the whole works! You will. We all started right where you are, with pretty much the same mindset, I imagine. :)

Goodnight to you, Megsy. I like seeing the combinations you use with your background tables - they always work! I love that you are not satisfied until you get the look you want! I've always thought it was so strange that a background image could take on such a different look, depending on how wide it is and what's next to it. :)
I found the cowboy boots a year or so ago and found George Strait's Christmas in Texas song and the Christmas light strings today. (had the hat already) :)

‘Nite, Amy and Lori - thanks for such a pretty and new Saturday opening today!

OMG, Billie. My hair is short, and dark brown - except for the sides, temples, and very front, which are stark white. They don’t call me Cruella (1,001 Dalmations) for nothin’, you know! LOL!

After being raised in Ohio, I just knew I had to be somewhere else. In my wildest dreams, I never thought it would be AZ - but I love it here (except for the rattlesnakes. And scorpions. And tarantulas. And coyotes. And javelina (wild pigs). And bob cats and mountain lions. And.................own and own and own.) LOL

LOL! My eyes are green and my hair is - well - dark brown except at the temples and front which are white (for over the last 25 years). Short hair - flipped and feathered in a whispy style. Nothing like the ‘older’ ladies permanent rolled curls, for sure.
I would like to say it’s like a Raquel Welch style, but the rest of me just doesn’t seem to fit. LOL

Laughter, you would find one that does not melt.
It is about 30 degrees here tonight, with the sound of running water faucets and prayers that the pipes don’t freeze, as the ground is super cold after several nights in the low 20’s.
I am here, waiting for summer.
