And a Happy Caturday to you, Conor. :)
Has your weather improved any?
We had a storm come through last night.
It rained a little and cleared the fog.
Have a Great Saturday.

She walks in beauty like the night of cloudless climes and starry skies; And all that's best of dark and bright meets in her aspect and her eyes: Thus mellow'd to that tender light which heaven to gaudy day denies.
One shade the more, one ray the less, had half impair'd the nameless grace which waves in every raven tress, or softly lightens o'er her face - where thoughts serenely sweet express how pure, how dear their dwelling - place.
And on that cheek, and o'er that brow, so soft, so calm, yet eloquent, the smiles that win, the tints that glow, but tells in days of goodness spent, a mind at peace with all below, a heart whose love is innocent.
George Gordon Byron, Lord Byron

This is an absolutely inspired composition, LJ. Thank you (and Lord Byron:) for this spot of beauty.

You’ve MISSED ME!!!!!
Well, once they got the pile of election flyers off me that fell on me fro the mailbox, I decided to work on my website store and get it going (with more then 7,000 items, it’s a bear to get it done before January!
But I still have time to write, so here is one for the Season
Accepting the Reason for the Season
In common was the clay of man exalted in a manger crude
under stars was the first serving of our soul’s sustaining food
Witnesses by shepherds and Kings, it was found under a star
and Angels sang of the wonder of it all, its perfection from afar
A king of common clay sent from the eternal throne
sent to take all sins and for them all too soon to atone
The greatest gift of unblemished love, freely given
and for which our king would be cruelly shriven
The greatest gift came as one so small and weak of limb
yet He did so touch us all and on into the future dim
So celebrate the coming of the King, and the gift brought
for from him we take the joy and peace in act and thought

Hey ... thank you again for this poem. I enjoyed posting it and the graphic again today.
BTW .... Marissa loved her poem. I need to update her profile page. Maybe after the holidays.
Happy Saturday and Merry Christmas to you and yours.

I’m hoping to get some good pictures. My pictures have been kinda blurry lately so I’ll need to concentrate on holding the camera still longer.
We are also having a FResno FReeper get-together next Wednesday. I will ask JKphoto to get a picture of her for me.
I will share ... I enjoy her and I enjoy letting everyone see how much she has grown.

Happy Saturday, LadyJ.
As usual, you've found a beautiful poem and a lovely graphic to accompany it.
Thank you.
Has your weather improved any?
The sun is shining here today but the hi so far is only 50.
Went out for the mail and almost ran back because it was so cold.
Wishing you a Blessed Weekend.

Very pretty. I don’t know about me but Marissa would love it.
We went to WallaWalla last summer. We just saw their WebCam and it was snowing. Marissa is begging to go back. Not now, thanks. LOL
