What is GPTB?

In Hopkin's book Witness, there was a couple of lines taken from the movie "The Seventh Sign" and there's some controversy over Linda Cortile Napolitano's behavior. If I remember correctly, the whole story was also similar to another book called Nighteyes....

I've not heard too much about Hopkins response to all that.

As for Friedman, I agree he's one smart cookie and has picked apart Bob Lazar's story. But what concerned me was when he admitted he was a secular humanist. That just set alarm bells off.

My close relative was not hoaxing me in the least.

Japan’s foremost UFO authority was not hoaxing me in the least.

A close friend, an Alaskan air-traffic controller was not hoaxing me in the least.

The list could go on.

Thanks for your charitable words.

Guy Malone has not hoaxed me in anything he’s shared with me from his personal experiences nor from his helping other experiencers.

Some military friends have not been hoaxing me.

Please keep in mind . . . my profession as a PhD in clinical psychology involved thousands of hours of assessing folks’ stories for authenticity. Mercifully, I was rarely proven wrong in such assessments. My supervisor—himself a very high level genius—once commented that I could get places with counseling clients in a month to 6 weeks that would take him 6 months with such clients.

All that merely to say I’m not an incompetent slouch when it comes to assessing whether someone is telling the truth in their narratives, or not. My record on such scores has compared favorably with the best in the profession—some of whom taught part-time at my school in their So. California retirement.

Sure there are hoaxers. The worst of them, imho and from my perspective, are the debunkers paid by the government—evidently Carl Sagan was one such.

No, it doesn’t depend all or even mostly on fuzzy pics.

Of course there’s a government cover-up. A Federal judge is on public record as insisting that it concerns THE MOST SENSITIVE, HIGHLY CLASSIFIED DATA THE GOVERNMENT HAS ABOUT ANYTHING.

My relative went to work in planes and busses with black-ed out windows. They were not even supposed to ask their co-worker’s names, IIRC.

Folks HAVE been harassed by government and/or government pretending folks after experiencing things in this field.

Folks HAVE been injured AND others healed from contacts with such phenomena. Documented.

Mothers have gone to their gynecologist very pregnant with a healthy baby verified by ultra-sound—at the end of their first trimester on say a Tuesday. Tuesday evening, they had an abduction experience/ very vivid “dream” where the baby was taken from them—remembered WITHOUT hypnosis. They went back to the gynecologist the next day-say Wed—and sure enough—no baby in the womb.

Very reliable farmers not the least bit interested in ANY publicity . . . have seen their cows rising in the air under and into a large UFO. Later they have found them obviously dropped from a great height with the standard mutilation stuff and nary a drop of blood in the whole body.

There are NOT just a few reliable case reports from a few VERY RELIABLE sorts of people with excellent reputations for reliability and truthfulness in their communities.

THERE ARE THOUSANDS at this point.

At this point, having read the thousands of case reports I’ve read, one would have to have MORE BLIND FAITH

NOT

to believe.

Globalist Powers That Be.

Many fiction stories have true incidents at their roots.

The truth is usually stranger than the fiction. Many things have been withheld from well known stories because the authors felt they were simply TOOOOOOOO strange to be believed even though they were experienced by the authors or the folks they were reporting on—just as much as those aspects which were reported in the books and articles.

Certainly the Secular Humanists are in droves in cahoots with the enemy toward the global government—either wittingly or unwittingly.

I would not be surprised to learn in Heaven that Stanton was in the employ of the government in all his UFO doings.

Mostly, I think he’s a humanist and doing his own thing which he enjoys and which earns him a good retirement living.

He’s certainly not one to suffer fools gladly, if at all and he’s not one to be easily fooled.

Please produce the evidence that your relative recovered from the space monster ship.

There is no government cover up. If space monsters were real, the president would be on TV within the hour. People would be so afraid of hostile space monsters that they would immediately support further empowerment of government to protect them from the space monsters.

Never mind. I had a brief fleeting fantasy that we might be able to have a reasonable dialogue.

I see I was dreadfully wrong.

Cheers.

Have a blessed Thanksgiving.

Carry on in the comfortable fantasies so evidently necessary for the world view involved.

DID THE ASSESSMENT REVEAL THE EXTRATERRESTRIALS’ INTENTIONS?

“... It stated that there was evidently some kind of plan or process unfolding, that the Earth and the entire human race is, and has been, the subject of an intensive, ongoing survey by several ET civilizations. Evidence in the report showed that this extraterrestrial study had been going on for a very long time, possibly thousands of years, and that NATO and SHAPE policy dictated that the study of UFOs continue, with as many resources as necessary being commited to the subject ...”

WHAT WAS THE ASSESSMENT’S CONCLUSION?

“... It concluded that there apparently was not a threat from the aliens, and that in any case there was nothing that we could do to match them technologically. The Assessment (subtitled ‘Of a Possible Military Threat to the Allied Forces of Europ) was around 460 pages long and also came with annexes and appendices which covered areas like meteorological and electromagnetic effects as well as the predicted psychological and social effects that knowledge of ETs would have on the general population ...”

DID THE ASSESSMENT MENTION HOW MANY DIFFERENT ET SPECIES WERE VISITING US?

“They referred to four seperate groups that they knew of ... There were incredible things happening, cases where UFOs would come down and land and beings would get out and make contact, speak in the person’s language and invite people aboard. There were different kinds .. some of them were little guys with green skin, some looked like they had verticle pupils and skin like a lizard. Some looked identical to human beings. It was this particular group that really seemed to worry the admirals and generals at NATO ...”

DO YOU KNOW IF THE NUMBER OF KNOWN ALIEN SPECIES HAS CHANGED?

“... When I retired in 1976, i still had my security clearance and I discovered we (the US military) knew of around 12. The latest I’ve been told from people I trust in the government is that there could be as many as 100. One type is said to look exactly like us, so that you could sit next to one in a restraunt and you would never know ...”

The chemtrail deniers refer constantly to a handful of sites which attempt to deny the existence of chemtrails with a seemingly brand new discipline called contrail science.
Curious how this new ‘science’ has become so popular and well funded.
Here is one.contrailscience.com...

I have found a study by someone who sets out to determine objectively which planes are leaving persistent ‘contrails’.

He had a program which listed all flights known to the FAA system.

Strangely only the mystery flights(unknown to the FAA) created ‘contrails that lasted into the range of hours.

And thank you for your kind comment.

Sometime, when things are less hectic, I’d be interested in what your dressing recipe is for turkeys. Recent UFO Crashes: Now it’s Nevada
30-Jul-2008

And UFOs in NY Times! -

Teardrop from Google map.
Something crashed between Las Vegas and Needles in on May 14 that looked like a meteor, but was immediately followed by large numbers of helicopters, then a large number of large road vehicles, including a truck with a dome on top.

As Linda Howe reported on Dreamland on May 1, something strange also crashed in Decatur Alabama in April, and was observed by the witness she interviewed being removed from a schoolyard and placed into an ambulance. This was a silver, pearl-shaped object.

There is now little question that unknown objects are crashing and being carried off by official personnel in the United States. The object that came down in Decatur was reminiscent of the odd “pearls” seen on some Google maps. The Nevada crash would have been dismissed as a meteor if there had not been so much official activity associated with it.

Are these objects alien spacecraft, or some sort of secret military craft? There is at present no way to answer that question, but one would hope that whoever keeps crashing manages to improve their record. If not, then it’s probably only a question of time before a populated area is hit, with unknown consequences.

The Decatur object was reported on Dreamland on May 3, and is available for listening in our subscriber archive.

Meanwhile, the previously unthinkable has occurred: UFO investigator Nick Pope, who has appeared on Dreamland and even chatted with our subscribers, has had an “op-ed” piece published in the New York Times!

George Knapp, Chief Investigative Reporter
I-Team: New UFO Mystery Surfaces

Updated: July 31, 2008 12:08 PM

A large object with a turquoise hue plummeted out of the sky earlier this summer and plowed into the earth south of Las Vegas near Needles, California.

Eyewitnesses say this was no meteorite, especially since a bunch of helicopters came looking for it and then hauled it away.

The object was seen in the early morning hours of May 14. It appeared to crash into the ground just west of the Colorado River. And that’s when things got interesting for residents of the area.

Have a UFO Story? Tell Us About It

Somewhere in the rough terrain just west of the Colorado River and south of Needles is a point of impact, maybe some burn marks, created by something that fell from the sky. Frank Costigan saw it because he got up at 3 a.m. to let his cat out — a fiery object that flashed across the sky, but it wasn’t a meteor he says.

“It was bright, bright enough that it illuminated the ground,” he said.

For seven years, Costigan worked as the chief of airport security at L.A.X. He says the mystery object flew out of the north east, heading southwest, traveling very fast, but at one point it slowed down, then sped up again.

“It went behind a hill, and I waited to see if I could hear it crash because as big as it was, it was bound to make noise,” he said.

But he didn’t hear a crash. Hours later, David Hayes, the owner of KTOX Radio in Needles, was coming to work when he spotted an odd formation of dark vehicles getting off the highway. He drew a picture of the lead vehicle, a large truck with a dome on top and a black structure that reminded him of a stealth fighter.

“It seemed like it was some kind of surveillance vehicle — four-wheel drive. It had government plates, U.S. government plates and behind it were a couple of vans that looked like support vehicles,” said Hayes.

The men inside had a military bearing, Hayes said, but weren’t in uniform. He made eye contact with one of the drivers and the guy followed him. Later in the day, one of the vehicles was parked outside the station, seemingly conducting a surveillance of the place.

“These guys staring you down had a ‘Men in Black’ feel to it?” asks Knapp.

“Absolutely. Very serious, serious as a heart attack,” said Hayes.

Coincidentally, Costigan, the ex-cop, works on investigations for Hayes. When he came in to the radio station, he told Hayes about the thing he had seen in the sky, and Hayes told him about the Men in Black.

Then they got another piece of the puzzle — a call from a man who lives in a houseboat on the river, who said he saw the fiery object — that it had crashed about 100 yards west of the river, that it landed with a thump. Hayes says he’s known the witness for years by the name Bob on the river. Bob thought a plane had crashed and tried to call 911 but his cell wouldn’t work, so he moved his boat out into the river, and then heard the helicopters.

In an interview with journalist Linda Howe, Bob says he saw at least five helicopters flying in formation, including a large sky crane. The crane picked up the oval shaped object, still glowing, and flew away, heading in the direction of Las Vegas. One odd detail, the choppers arrived only 17 minutes after the object crashed. He described it to Hayes.

“It was about the size of a semi-trailer, he says, oblong shaped thing,” said Hayes.

Out of the blue, the station got a call from a friend in Laughlin who said the Laughlin Airport had been inundated on the night of the crash with so-called Janet planes. That’s the airline that flies workers to top secret Area 51. Costigan says the airport could not confirm this because no one is on duty after 6 p.m. at night, not even in the tower.

The black vehicles have left Needles. Bob the houseboat guy can’t be found either.

“The fact that there were people here the next day, it was almost like they were doing some sort of cleanup or whatever. The point is, something definitely happened.

The I-Team phoned nearly every agency we could think of to see if they had received any report or knew anything. We were not surprised to learn that no one knew anything.

Here’s the list — police agencies in three states, the Laughlin Airport, the weather service, the FAA and several military bases.

A military watchdog group found a public record showing there was at least one army helicopter in the air in that area at that time. The helicopter, oddly enough, is listed as being attached to a U.S. base in Europe.

We are filing freedom of information requests and will report back when we get responses.

THE BRAZILIAN Brigadier GENERAL DISAGREES WITH YOU ABOUT NO GOVERNMENT COVERUP:

Link from this Whitley Strieber page:

Near the bottom titled:

24-Jul-2008: Insight: Distinguished Brazilian General Says ‘UFO Secrets Must Be Disclosed’

&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&

“All UFO Secrets Must Be Disclosed”

[QX PARAGRAPHING ADDED FOR READABILITY]

In an unprecedented exclusive interview to A. J. Gevaerd, editor of the Brazilian UFO Magazine, one the highest ranking and most distinguished officials of the Brazilian Air Force, Brigadier José Carlos Pereira, recognized that “it is time to end the UFO secrecy”.

The part one of the long interview has just been published in the edition # 141, April, of the Brazilian UFO Magazine. If you don’t see the cover of it below, hit

www.ufo.com.br/public/pereira/UFO-141.jpg.

Photos of Brigadier Pereira can be also found in the same folder.

This interview was conducted with the participation of Fernando de Aragao Ramalho and Roberto Affonso Beck, special consultants to Brazilian UFO Magazine. The translation to English was conducted by Eduardo Rado, From the Brazilian UFO Magazine Team.

Introduction

During the first ever official meeting between members of the Brazilian Committee of Ufologists (CBU) and military of the Brazilian Air Force held on May 20th 2005, at the Brazilian Airspace Defense Command (Comdabra) headquarters, Brigadier Jose Carlos Pereira, a former commander of the body from 1999 to 2001, has shown a special interest in the subject.

At the end of the meeting, he escorted the ufologists himself to the exit door of the building and after receiving some issues of Brazilian UFO Magazine declared: “I thank you for the gift, but I should say that I always buy the magazine at Brasilia newsstands”.

In an informal way and with no reservation Pereira confirmed his high interest and level of information regarding UFO matters.

Brigadier Jose Carlos Pereira is undeniably regarded by Brazilian ufologists as a high-rank official who has material information on the existence and concreteness of UFOs, not to mention their unquestionable extraterrestrial origin. Until little time ago he did not bother to hide what military new on the issue.

Therefore, as part of the second phase of the Brazilian campaign UFOs: Liberdade de Informação Já [UFOs: Freedom of Information Now], the Brazilian Committee of Ufologists (CBU) decided to meet him for an interview with no guarantees that he would accept the invitation.
To our great surprise, however, Brigadier Jose Carlos Pereira accepted the invitation and granted Brazilian UFO Magazine with an exclusive interview in which he reports the truth of UFO phenomena in Brazil.

The meeting took place on March 8th, in Brasilia, and was a unique opportunity for Brazilian ufologists to become aware of Pereira’s opinions on the issue. More than that, it was an opportunity for all to know details on his thinking about different aspects of UFO phenomenon, namely topics related to the Air Force, national security, and responses of Brazilian military surrounding this subject

“I’ll be readily available to ufologists of Brazilian UFO Magazine and it will be a great pleasure to meet them at any time”, said Pereira when accepting the invitation. “I always respected the work of this magazine and I wish to contribute to the movement they are leading, aiming the freedom of UFO information in Brazil”. Days before the date of the interview was set a significant impact was expected after its publication. It would be something similar to another historical occasion for Brazilian Ufology when Brazilian UFO Magazine was also directly involved: the interview with Colonel Uyrangê Hollanda, in 1997.

The Need for Freedom of Information

For our publication this would be an opportunity for not only know the ideas of one of the most brilliant military in the country but also to bring him to join the movement UFOs: Liberdade de Informação Já, which was fully achieved. “It’s time to disclose all secrets on this subject in Brazil, be them from any air bases, and I’ll will work for this to happen”, he declares. During an interview with more than a hundred questions the military showed the seriousness with which he sees the subject and the research. He entrusted his interviewers – this editor and special consultants for Brazilian UFO Magazine Roberto Affonso Beck and Fernando de Aragao Ramalho – with important information.

Brigadier Jose Carlos Pereira openly spoke on nearly all subjects approached not refraining from answering any questions to him presented. “I intend to talk to my uniform colleagues and get informed on the exact environment in military headquarters and air bases in order to bring the support of some of them to your work”, he offered even before being asked to do so.

Throughout the questioning, Pereira talked about security in Brazilian air space, violations the nation suffered from unidentified flying objects, the so called Official UFO Night in Brazil, Operação Prato [Operation Saucer] and its commander, and even described some UFO events unknown to us.

“Colonel Uyrangê Hollanda, commander of Operação Prato [Operation Saucer], was a serious and objective man, diligent and respected by all”, Pereira says, confirming what Brazilian ufologists always knew but had no means to assure – that indeed Operação Prato [Operation Saucer] resulted in more than 2.000 pages of documents besides the already known 500 pictures and 16 hours of footage.

Regarding Caso Varginha, however, he says to know nothing but what was revealed by Brazilian UFO Magazine and the press. He seemed to be sincere because such case belongs to a different military sector, the Army.

Brigadier Jose Carlos Pereira was born in Salvador (BA) and joined the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) in March 1958, retiring in July 2005 after occupying the main positions in the Air Force hierarchy including the highest rank of all. He was graduated in December 1963 and little by little became one of the best specialists for space policies and strategies in Brazil. Pereira was also a jet pilot as well as a pilot for transports, a special air operations and a military parachutist.

Member of Brazilian Military Elite

Pereira was an operations officer and a commander of the Unit for Jet Training, a commander of air bases and official of the superior military command in operations and personnel sectors. He had a distinguished performance at the military intelligence being an official at Brazilian Presidency cabinet and an official for intelligence at the Inter-American Defense Board, in Washington. Pereira was also chief of logistics and mobilization of the superior command of Brazilian Armed Forces, commander of the Brazilian Air Force Academy (AFA) and chief of the General Command of Air Operations.

Over the last 10 years, Brigadier Jose Carlos Pereira was also a commander of operations for the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) being responsible for 13 generals and a total number of 27 thousand subordinates. From 1999 to 2001, he was a general commander for Air Operations and for the Brazilian Airspace Defense Command (Comdabra), a body that was already called “Brazilian Area 51”. As we can see, it is no overestimate to say that during some time Pereira was the guardian of the key to the safe where Brazilian UFO secrets have been kept. On March 27th 2006, already retired, this Brigadier took office at the presidency of the Brazilian Airport Infrastructure Agency (Infraero), by appointment of Minister Nelson Jobim.

Brazilian ufologists consider that Pereira’s statements will have a significant impact on the campaign UFOs: Liberdade de Informação Já [UFOs: Freedom of Information Now]. Never before a military of that rank spoke so freely about UFOs. Very few from other countries came so close to repeat the same initiative. This encouraged Brazilian UFO Magazine to try a contact with military of the same level in the Navy and in the Army in order to look for the support Brazilian ufologists need to fulfill their goals. Step by step we follow our path which someday will lead us to the freedom of UFO information in Brazil. Uyrangê Hollanda gave his contribution and now Jose Carlos Pereira joins his efforts.

See below the highlights of the interview given to Brazilian UFO Magazine

UFO – Brigadier, you have been the one in military who speaks more about UFOs in the media. You have given several interviews always in a very open and natural manner. What makes you act like this?

Pereira – I consider that as a matter of personal belief. I believe there should be no subject to be kept closed to humankind. It might look flamboyant and bizarre, but this subject must always be checked and investigated. Galileo, Copernicus, and so many other scientists must have known that. So I believe no human being or institution has the right to keep doors closed to the discussion of any matters, be it scientific, political, social or religious.

Not even to Ufology, which I consider to be within the scientific field. This is a personal point of view that I sustain till these days.

UFO – It has been said that you keep the key to the safe where UFO secrets are kept, including documents, pictures and footages made in different circumstances by military in duty in different bases – some in missions like Operação Prato [Operation Saucer], some by accident. What could these secrets reveal?

Pereira – Look, I’m a man devoted to science, a man with a scientific mind. If you present the idea that extraterrestrials are here, that they are visiting and investigating us, that they are doing things that we cannot understand what they are, then your idea goes against scientific reasoning. Because, as far as we know, our Solar System has presented no indication for the existence of life in another planet except Earth.

UFO – And what if we consider civilizations with a much more advanced technology compared to ours?

Pereira – OK, look, I’m analyzing with the knowledge we have today in our planet, with the knowledge our current stage of science has achieved. This is the caveat to be consider. So, if we consider only this knowledge, I reject every possibility of anyone coming from outer space to Earth. And it gets more complex if we go further because Alpha Centauri does not seem to be a planetary system. Let’s move then to the portion of the Universe astronomers call “inhabitable zone”, which seems to be many light years from Earth.

UFO – Is the understanding of this situation beyond our control?

Pereira – The starting point is the technology we have today to understand the universe. I wouldn’t say no one might have advanced a million years ahead somewhere else. On the other hand, the technology we have today on Earth fully dismisses the possibility of someone from out of the solar system to arrive here. I humbly insist that our knowledge must still be insignificant to comprehend all of this. We can see by what happened over the last hundred years with discoveries ranging from penicillin to the airplane.

UFO – Spacecraft coming to Earth certainly do not use the same propulsion technology we used to explore the Moon, Mars or Venus. Do you think this should be openly discussed by civil society?

Pereira – No, they probably don’t use rocket engines like our spacecraft sent to space. My opinion on Ufology is that it must approach scientific fields in the near future, such as astronomy, astrophysics, and astronautics in order to form a more consistent scientific group. I don’t refuse the idea of philosophy entering this range of subjects, with its modern concepts aiming to quickly address the issues we couldn’t solve to date: who we are, where we came from, and where are we going to... Since Aristotle we make the same questions and no one answers. Ufology in combination with these other subjects might be a way to these answers.

UFO – Your open and frank position matches those of a few other Brazilian military. However, the same is confronted by some sectors within the military who prefer UFO matters to be kept out of public discussion. Do you think it is time to break such resistance?

Pereira – Look, I believe the mere opening of secret files to be delivered to the press and the public in general is something that can be done tomorrow morning without any problem. But I think this is not enough, not sufficient. Ufologists might even get disappointed when they see those files because I feel they expect more concrete evidence and maybe they won’t find what they long for in those folders. However, I think that an official example of opening UFO archives – especially when this attitude comes from the military – comes to favor and empower other people that fear to discuss the issue.

I think that from the moment the government opens the subject for debate all the fear people have towards this subject will be gone and things become more transparent. No one fears transparency; instead people fear the lack of it. So I believe that such an opening is really helpful and has a very favorable effect in this discussion.

UFO – And what to do while we do not achieve this relying only on testimonials of thousands of highly credible people who have experienced UFO phenomena?

Pereira – One must consider all different sorts of evidence surrounding UFOs. As in any police work, we have documental, testimonial, and circumstantial evidence each with their own weight. Documental evidence, for example, has its own impact as has a testimonial. Has anybody seen something in the sky? Great! But it’s even better when we have 50 people witnessing it. Especially when these people don’t know one another and live in different communities. This is how testimonial evidence becomes stronger. And, at last, we have the circumstantial evidence, which is the most fragile of all.

We must separate these three kinds of evidence we have today concerning Ufology. Circumstantial evidence are present in high volume, so are testimonial ones, and 90% of these have a scientific explanation while the remaining 10% do not. Regarding material evidence, we have none.

UFO – Would you call the occurrence of May 20th 1986, the so called Official UFO Night in Brazil, as a circumstantial evidence of the UFO phenomena?

Pereira – As far as I know, observations in that occasion were testimonial evidence from people who saw it.

UFO – Jet pilots who were sent by the Air Force to intercept those objects were very experienced.

Pereira – Yes, they were. That’s why those are testimonial evidence, situations in which witnesses saw something and radars detected that same thing. Look, radars may present a false echo, they may be affected by many different factors, but when we have more than one radar spotting the same target, then we have something serious enough to be ignored [in an assured tone]. This equipment operates in different frequencies.

UFO – One of the jet planes intercepting the objects was even surrounded by many of them who came relatively close...
Pereira – Here we have the sum of different facts. Someone has seen something and radar spotted it. Such equipment has nothing to do with human eyes, it’s an electronic device. Another pair of eyes also saw that same thing [another pilot] and so on.

Then you start to give credits to the occurrence and the situation becomes more concrete. OK, but where is the object? Was it captured? Here is where the material evidence thing comes in, and we don’t have it.

UFO – Brigadier, when the Brazilian Committee of Ufologists (CBU) visited Comdabra on May 20th 2005, we were received by Brigadier Atheneu Azambuja, who showed us three folders of UFO occurrences from that body’s archives. Aren’t these evidence that we have been visited by objects crewed and controlled by intelligent non terrestrial beings?
Pereira – Well, those folders are not only at Comdabra, they are spread through other bodies worldwide.

They prove that unexplained phenomena occurring lead us to believe in the presence of such being and alien objects on planet Earth. That’s it. They are uncommon to our planet. Now, telling what are those beings and objects is a very risky thing since we have no knowledge enough for that [in a cautious tone]. So, I believe Ufology has much more work ahead [in order to identify the phenomenon] and even needs to add some other subjects to its efforts.

UFO – At the time of that visit to Comdabra we said that we would like to conduct a joint study with the Air Force by forming a mixed team of civilian ufologists and military. What do you think about this?

Pereira – Yes, but I should say that such a team would need more people. Besides ufologists I believe that it’s necessary to have scientists, astronomers, physicists, etc, because such knowledge must be jointly addressed by more people.

UFO – Do you personally believe that civilizations from other planets might be visiting us?

Pereira – Well, my thought on this is that we, humans, left ground for the first time in an airplane nearly 100 years ago and within only one century could reach the Moon. In astronomic means we could say that a hundred years are nothing, not even dust. Then, if in one century and with our limited capacity we could achieve this... Now, think: where will we reach a hundred or a thousand years from now?

UFO – We know that the Brazilian Air Force officially investigates the UFO phenomenon since 1969, when Brigadier Jose Vaz da Silva established the System for Investigation of Unidentified Flying Objects (SIOANI) at the Brazilian IV Regional Air Command (COMAR 4). But why was that research apparently closed in that same year without any further progress?

Pereira – Look, that’s a very interesting question. I wasn’t around that time and have not researched those facts. I’ve never had the idea of investigating the reasons why that work was ended, but I suspect Brigadier Vaz da Silva hasn’t had any more conditions to go further. He tells a different story [from many other military]. He was always an avant-garde man, always ahead of this time.

UFO – Do you believe in a superior interference in the establishment of SIOANI or was it an exclusive initiative of Brigadier Vaz da Silva?

Pereira – I’m almost sure there was a superior order. Certainly a superior instance to Brigadier Vaz da Silva worked with it by supporting the project, assisting and implementing SIOANI. A commander can’t do anything by himself. He must have a superior instance behind his actions.

UFO – The two leaked SIOANI bulletins brought descriptions of cases researched by the body, including UFO landings and their crew. These are being investigated and kept in secret by the military. This is the kind of documents ufologists want to see disclosed. Do you believe they can be publicly revealed?

Pereira – In my opinion there is no reason to keep such material in secret. None. I understand that the disclosure won’t affect any of the four classical criteria military always have in mind when dealing with national secrets. And these are represented by the following questions: first, will the disclosure take the country into a war? Second, will it cause panic in the population? Third, is it a threat to the national security, be it with a South-American country or any other?

And fourth, will the disclosure of this material affect the privacy of people possibly mentioned on it? This is what we must have in mind. If none of these matters are affected – which is actually the case –, then it must be disclosed!

UFO – Are you for the disclosure of UFO documents prepared by the military and kept in secret to date?

Pereira – Absolutely. Unless the disclosure affects any of the four items I’ve just mentioned. In that case I think the material should not be disclosed. We must respect people’s privacy and also the national security as we have to preserve peace and order. Also, we shouldn’t start a war or create indisposition with other countries. Anyway, we shouldn’t reveal our plans to the enemy. Besides those factors, it’s time for transparency and for clearing this subject.

UFO – Do you think this also applies to documents from Operação Prato [Operation Saucer], carried out by the Air Force of State of Para in 1977?

Pereira – Sure! No doubt about that! To all and every operation!

UFO – Have you received specific information on that operation?

Pereira – At the moment it was carried out, no. I knew of the results only after that. But I knew Hollanda [Colonel Uyrangê Hollanda, commander of that military mission]. He worked for the Air Force Intelligence, same as I did, so we were always passing by one another.

UFO – I interviewed Hollanda in 1997. I had just given an interview to Fantástico [Fantastic], talking about the documents Brazilian Air Force holds and he saw me at the show and called me the next morning saying: “Look, Gevaerd, I follow your work and I know you are doing the right thing. I want to say that now I’m retired and have no more obligations with my uniform. So, if you want to come to Rio to interview me, I’ll have much to say”. I went to Rio immediately and together with Marco Antonio Petit we had a historical interview with him. Have you read it?

Pereira – Yes, of course. I have a copy with me and have also found it in several websites. It’s a long interview and I read it carefully. Some time ago, a colleague sent me a copy and I replied: “Man, do you really think I don’t have it? I got a copy long ago”.

UFO – Really? Then I conclude that high rank officials as you may have had become aware of Hollanda’s statements.
Pereira – Yes, certainly. It’s a long and much known interview. But Hollanda was a very disturbed man, with a very introspective personality. And as a result he took his own life…

UFO – Do you believe his personal problems somehow influenced the statements he made to Brazilian UFO Magazine concerning Operação Prato [Operation Saucer]?
Pereira – Not the contents, but maybe the way he did it. Hollanda was a serious man and wouldn’t be able to change the contents, especially regarding such an important matter.

UFO – People say that he loved to be called to lead that operation because all he wanted was to go to the jungle. He headed the military mission and had a close encounter with an ET, so he told us at the interview. Did you know this?
Pereira – I knew that, he reported it, but I have never discussed this issue with him. Hollanda also called me shortly after, but I was in another operation [not a ufological one].

UFO – He told us that he was together with a subordinate at Rio Guajará-Mirim heading towards the camp when a cylindrical aircraft with 100m in length nearly landed on the other margin. From the top, a door was opened and an ET came from it floating to the place where they were. According to Hollanda this was the most exciting moment in the operation. Have you ever discussed that with him?

Pereira – No, unfortunately I didn’t have details before. But maybe that’s why he had put all of his efforts and dedication in Operação Prato [Operation Saucer], which was where he found a sense for his life. If he couldn’t succeed as an aviator and if he rejected the idea of being an intending officer, then the intelligence suited him well. Working for the intelligence for me is an agreeable experience, at least partially. Things were tough those times. I worked a lot with pure military intelligence, with strategy. But I was never much concerned with communists for example [the first official justification for Operação Prato [Operation Saucer] was that it was conceived in order to identify communists possibly hidden in the Amazon jungle].

UFO – Hollanda suspected that the contact he had with an ET at the margin of Rio Guajará-Mirim during December 1977 was the turning point for the termination of Operação Prato [Operation Saucer]. He said he was ordered to terminate the operation after reporting it to his superior, Brigadier Protásio Lopes de Oliveira, then commander of the Brazilian I Regional Air Command (COMAR 1). Did you know that?
Pereira – Partly. I didn’t have that detail.

UFO – Many people do not believe he killed himself. He would have been murdered instead for having supposedly talked too much. This is not true. However, if our issue where the first part of the interview – UFO 054, October 1997 – was earlier released and if he had seen the respect Equipe UFO [Brazilian UFO Magazine Team]rendered him then maybe by feeling honored and seeing the huge contribution he gave to Brazilian Ufology he would not have taken his own life...

Pereira – Yes, maybe. But he had a very lonely life and that is something very sad. That’s why in military life the sector which mostly unites people is the intelligence. Those who lived this experience suffer when they leave the circle. It’s somewhat like in a combat situation: when bullets are crossing by no one thinks about the homeland. Everybody is thinking about their own lives and the lives of those around them, the ones who can save their lives. When Hollanda retired he was completely isolated from everyone and everything. This can really affect someone.

UFO – Hollanda was very close to the UFO phenomenon, especially from the middle to the end of Operação Prato [Operation Saucer], until he had that contact with an ET and the mission was terminated. But this did not prevent him from his own investigations which he carried out during his spare time. He even had other contacts until the phenomena around him suddenly stopped. This seems to have affected him a lot. Did you know that?

Pereira – No, I didn’t. But once I was talking about Hollanda to a psychologist and she told me he presented the profile of someone who had faced something very serious in some moment of life. An event so serious that could isolate him, let’s say, from his fellows [in a regretting tone].

UFO – Do you consider that the experience he had with Operação Prato [Operation Saucer] could have contributed to his state of mind?

Pereira – Yes, no doubt about that, it was a catalysis factor, a very strong experience.

UFO – During that time, were the results Operação Prato [Operation Saucer] commented on in military circles?

Pereira – Yes. Not with great emphasis, but everybody knew what was happening.

UFO – And how about the contact Hollanda had with an ET, in December 1977. Was this also known to military?

Pereira – Only a few people knew about that. I knew about it much later, not at the moment that occurred. Brigadier Protásio was the one who talked to me about that fact. At the time it occurred I was already more senior than Hollanda in the Air Force and I only knew about that specific episode, the contact itself, when I was to be promoted a Brigadier. But, regarding Operação Prato [Operation Saucer], I was made aware as soon as I started working in the intelligence, when I was still a Colonel. I was a planning director at the Air Force and all files were at my disposal.

UFO – Have you had access to the documents prepared during Operação Prato [Operation Saucer]?

Pereira – Yes, all of them. But this happened when I was the planning director for the Air Force, in the early 90s.

UFO – And where were those files? Brasilia?

Pereira – Yes, Brasilia. Those files were all collected and some were sent to the SNI [Brazilian National Information Service, a body that originated the Brazilian Intelligence Agency (ABIN)]. But only part of them. I would see them again only several years later when I was in a different position at the Air Force.

UFO – So you had the operation files at your disposal. The information we had came to us through Hollanda and could not be satisfactorily confirmed is that he and his subordinates produced at least 2.000 pages of sighting reports which were typed by sergeant Flavio Costa, a kind of secretary in the mission, besides 500 pictures and 16 hours of footage and super 16mm. Do you confirm that?

Pereira – Ah, yes, that must be this. Those footages were the best thing we had at the time.

UFO – When the Brazilian Committee of Ufologists (CBU) was at Comdabra we could see part of those pages and pictures. We saw more than a hundred of them contained in a folder. Where is the rest of the materials?

Pereira – Well, Comdabra is the acronym for Brazilian Airspace Defense Command, which deals with air matters. At a certain moment, those files were distributed to different bodies according to their interests [performance scope]. Those which were sent to Comdabra are those directly related to the Air Defense System and involve radars spotting objects, jets following something, etc. Other kinds of operations which had nothing to do with the country’s Air Defense remain at the old SNI, currently the ABIN.

UFO – Have you seen the footages of a huge amazing spacecraft over Rio Amazonas made during Operação Prato [Operation Saucer]?

Pereira – No, I haven’t had the chance. But I know they do exist.

UFO – But where are these footages?

Pereira – Comdabra has what was already shown to ufologists. And the Air Force Intelligence System, also based in Brasília, also has some materials.

UFO – Besides those pictures from Operação Prato [Operation Saucer] did you see any images obtained in other missions or generated by any other means?

Pereira – No, what I saw were only the pictures of Operação Prato [Operation Saucer]. Some of them were made public a little later. There were no other missions. Operação Prato [Operation Saucer] was the only one.

UFO – Regarding the Brazilian Committee of Ufologists (CBU) visit to Comdabra, Brigadier Atheneu Azambuja - then commander of that body-, reported that it was common to have Air Force jets taking off to identify “radar targets” being “hotel traffic” among them. We know that those words were used to describe several things including flying saucers. How many of these interceptions occurred every year in Brazil and what are the outcomes?
Pereira – Many. I remember one at moment. This is all automated, procedures are automated. This fact occurred in Anapolis (GO) a few years ago. There was a radar contact with “something” and the Air Defense determined a Mirage to take off from the air field of that town. The unidentified object was very close, it wasn’t very far, almost in Goiania area. The radar could not determine the altitude, but only the position it was. The Mirage went up towards it as high as possible and reached 48 thousand feet [nearly 16km], which is its maximum altitude of operation and had to abort the search. The pilot said: “I reached 48 thousand feet and can’t see anything. The radar says it’s in front of me, but I don’t see anything”.

UFO – The ground radar spotted a dot in that position. How about the Mirage’s radar?

Pereira – Yes. The jet’s radar informed the altitude it was, but it couldn’t tell the altitude of the other contact which appeared in both radars. So it’s very hard when you don’t know where the target is. It could be at any altitude from 1000m on. I remember that episode very well. The pilot had visual contact with the object, a lightening spot at noon, at broad day light.

UFO – Was that a large object?

Pereira – Well, it was a bright spot whose size was impossible to tell because it would involve parallax. You cannot tell the size of something when you don’t know the distance it is from you. The pilot says it was far away. “I see something here, but it is far, very far”, he said. And he was already at the maximum altitude of 48 thousand feet. A Mirage can reach 50 thousand feet, but that would be dangerous. I remember that taking off very well.

UFO – Brigadier, how many of these cases happen every year and what are the outcomes?

Pereira – I remember three or four like these. I don’t know about the annual average [laconic], but it can be two or three each year. There’s another thing, do you have information on any case involving the Brazilian Navy in Rio Amazonas?

UFO – In Rio Amazonas all we have are cases involving civilian ships. As for the Navy, we have one case occurred in Rio Paraguay, 1962, involving a ship captained by the late Captain Joao Maria Romariz. That ship was followed by a UFO near Forte Coimbra, a territory that now is part the State of Mato Grosso do Sul. This case is reported in the book UFOs: Arquivo Confidencial. Do you know of any specific case occurred in Rio Amazonas?

Pereira – Yes, and this case was “sealed” in the Navy, it was never disclosed. I had the information that one of those old corvettes, which sail very well, was involved in a sighting. That kind of ship could go to very far frontiers. A corvette like that was travelling at night when approached by a UFO that came very close. Things went mad, they say. The situation got very complicated for the captain of the ship because panic took over the crew in a very remote area. In that kind of place, the nearest Indian is a thousand kilometers away...

To be continued...

Who I Think the Visitors Are by Anne Strieber

My theory about "the visitors" is different from that of most UFO investigators: I think they are either time travelers, visitors from a parallel universe, the dead—or all 3.

Over the years, we have received many letters connecting the spirits of the dead with visitors. This type of anecdote is anathema to old line UFO researchers, who want the whole thing to be about the conventional concept of encounters with aliens who have arrived in space ships from another planet.

I remember when we invited our secretary, Lorie Barnes (who had had a lifetime of Visitor contact) up to our cabin, she went for a walk along the road. There she met up with her brother, who had been missing (and presumed dead) for over 20 years. She was delighted to see him again and he told her to tell everyone "he was OK." This seems to be the usual message that the dead have for us.

After Whitley, in a last-minute inspiration, put our mail center address in "Communion," we began receiving huge bags of mail every day. I actually had to hire a secretary just to help me OPEN them, but I read every single one and replied to each one that contained an address.

I began keeping a list of the commonalties I found in them. I posted the list above my desk and added a new item to it whenever I noticed the same thing mentioned in several letters from different people. I wish I still had that list today.

The one item I remember most clearly is: "They have something to do with what we call death." I remember this so distinctly because I have never found it in any of the UFO literature I have read.

After Communion was published, Whitley got a call from his agent, who said he had received a frantic message from a government official who needed to ask Whitley a question. Usually Whitley would not want to deal with this type of thing, but this incident was so compelling that he returned the call. The man said, "I have to know what you think about this, I have to know if this is true," so Whitley heard him out.

The man described a typical evening at their suburban home. Their elderly dog had just been taken for a walk, but she suddenly began insisting on going out again, so the wife put on her leash. As she stepped out to take the dog on a second walk, a huge white light passed over the back yard, and their little boy came running down the stairs. He said, "Mommy, Daddy! Jeff came to me with two aliens, and he said to tell you he's all right."

Jeff was the older brother, who had died in an auto accident a short time before. With the help of the visitors, he had somehow managed to bring the message to his grieving family that he was all right. As you'll see from the rest of this essay, this is the same message that keeps being repeated, time and again, by the departed who are somehow interacting with the visitors.

One letter described a soul literally being torn from a body. The man who experienced this wrote a description of what happened after he went to bed one night: "My head had been on the pillow less than thirty seconds when, for want of a better word, it exploded—'it' being my head.

The only way I can describe this shocking sensation was that I thought a bomb had blown me to pieces, and that 'I' was nowhere. I ceased to be."

Eventually his wife woke up and they switched on the bedroom light and sat up in bed talking quietly about what might have happened. He knew the experience hadn't been a dream, because he'd never fallen asleep.

They then heard a low humming that gradually changed into a loud, steady throbbing sound. A quick glance at the clock revealed it was 2:30 a.m. (note that the time was almost the same as when the friend in Austin was contacted in the last letter I'll mention here). The throbbing became deeper and faster, then seemed to stop right over the roof of their house, directly above the bedroom.

Before he could go outside to see what was going on, he felt something invisible grab his chest and start pulling with amazing force. He wrote, "I felt like my soul, not my body, was being pulled up vertically towards the still loud throbbing noise, and although I thought it would be futile, I screamed out for my wife to lie on top of me. She did this, and the sensation of pulling eased a little. I was screaming and struggling against an 'invisible beam,' with my wife lying full length on top of me in my own bed at 2:30 a.m. What a sight we would have presented if someone had walked in!" This went on for two full hours. "They pulled, I resisted, my wife hung on and the engine throbbed, until finally it went away, and exhausted and badly shaken, even devastated, we fell asleep."

We recently received a letter that suggests the Visitors may have something to do with time travel. "Susan" wrote: "I haven't told this to anyone outside of my close family until now.

There is a road in France that we lived next to in 1994 that had been there since Roman times. It is called in English, Highway #1, the oldest road in France. It winds between farms, and there are a couple of villages nearby. The farmers come out early in the morning to shoot pheasant. Those are the only people you see on this road.

[Qx took out long excerpt re an old road in France. You can read it at the link]

One of those poignant and heartbreaking letters we ever received starts like this: "In the early summer of 1968, my daughter and I drove to New Mexico to visit some friends who had a small ranch there, before going west to meet my husband.

"Leaving Taos, we drove to Flagstaff and waited there until the early evening, to cross the Mojave desert at night. About two hours outside of Flagstaff, my daughter began to shout that she saw a spaceship in the sky. How did she know what it was?

"The sky was unusually cloudy, and I looked to where she was pointing and saw first two and then three lights moving rapidly in the sky, turning at 90 degree angles, pulsating and disappearing. I decided to pull off the road onto a dirt trail I saw to the right, leading into the desert.

"We watched the sky together, she in the back seat and I in front, when suddenly in front of the car there appeared a huge, dark and glowing object with a partial row of lights in the middle.

"The next thing I remember is my breath being knocked out of me as I somehow went through the windshield of the car. I remember looking back for an instant and the car was completely empty of myself or my daughter, and I was stepping into an opening in a vehicle.

"I couldn't see my daughter, and I asked in terror about her. 'She's going to be all right,' was what I heard in the center of my mind, and I was strangely soothed and unusually happy.

"These beings were tall, about six and a half feet, their skin was silvery." This description sounds like the "tall whites" that the medium Glennys MacKay remembers healing her. "I had a feeling of love or long lost family; it was almost like a homecoming. They kept saying 'Welcome, welcome!' in my mind, and laughing. They started speaking to me about my individual history. There was such love flowing through them. This wasn't exactly like words, but were rather images or sound pictures that moved between us.

"Then they took me to a room that contained the ship's driving mechanism. In front of me was a huge crystal, perhaps three feet across in the middle. It looked like two pyramids placed base to base, although at times it seemed multifaceted and totally brilliant and jewel-like, suspended in the air. They told me to put my mind into the crystal and as I did, I’d be able to learn how to fly the ship."

It's interesting to note that a friend of ours who was also taken out of his moving car and suddenly found himself inside a UFO also saw this exact type of diamond-shaped structure there. He tried to duplicate it many times over the years.

"Then they said, 'Time to return to earth.' Frantically, I panicked and asked about my daughter and was soothed, again by them saying she was okay. Then they said they were sorry, but didn’t say why, and there was great love.

"As we moved to the exit, they said my name again several times, and something about 'soul lineage.' I was reluctant to go, but the next thing I knew I had gone through the car windshield again, and found myself hanging out of the window gasping for air. I had been crying and was covered with sweat.

"My daughter was in the back seat crying. She told me never to touch her again, and that she knew who I was and she hated me. I tried to calm her and ask what had happened to her and she shouted, 'I’ll never tell you! Leave me alone!'

"I had a notebook in the car, and before we left, I forced myself to write these things down as I remembered them. I looked at the stars in a daze. It was almost midnight, and we had lost about two and a half hours.

"I drove on to California then, as if nothing had happened. I couldn’t tell anyone ever, and swore to myself to never discuss it.

"One night my daughter woke up screaming and I went to her bed and she said very factually, 'Mommy, I'm going to die. The spaceship people told me so. They said little bugs had gotten into my body and they were sorry, but there was nothing they could do since I’m a little girl.' Then she went back to sleep.

"This frightened me beyond belief. That morning, she woke up with a high fever and had severe joint swelling. I took her to the hospital and she was diagnosed as having rheumatoid arthritis, yet they weren’t too sure. They wondered if she’d been exposed to radiation. She was in great pain.

"I drove back to Texas and put her in the hospital there, only to find out that she had a very rare cancer of the nervous system, neuroblastoma, and it had metastasized, and she had just a few months to live. She lived until September of 1969.

"Before her death, she began to draw extraordinary pictures that were compared to those of a ten year old, even though she was only three and a half. She began to compose poetry, which I sometimes wrote out for her. The doctors were amazed and thought it might be the chemotherapy, but were not sure.

"The day after her funeral, a friend of mine who was a graduate student at the University of Texas called me from Austin in hysterics, saying that she had to drive to Houston immediately and tell me something that had happened.

"Without glasses, she was legally blind, but she drove anyway. I didn't think I could handle another emotional crisis, since I was in such grief—however, she came that day.

"We went for pizza, and she told me what had happened. She said that two nights before at about 2:20 in the morning, she was awakened by a noise and then saw her roof begin to dissolve. In the air above, she saw a type of spaceship.

"Two tall beings appeared, and in between them was my daughter. They told her they hadn’t been able to get through to me because of something, but to let me know that my daughter was okay and was with them! She thought that she’d gone completely insane. At that point in her story, I broke my promise to myself and told her what had happened that night in the desert, and we both cried and cried."

Let's take these at face value and ask . . . what could the purpose be--for such goings on? . . . assuming my construction on reality about such things is mostly true.

1. Reportedly, certainly the critters but evidently also our own government can project into folks minds technologically, all kinds of "experiences." Certainly images and feelings as well as words, sounds.

2. Convincing a populace that the dead were OK . . . particularly via a purported technologically 'superior' 'civilization' of advanced humanoids . . . goes a very long way toward neutralizing Salvation through Christ as the only way to Heaven and The Father.

3. Death becomes one happy place regardless of one's rebellions against, God, the degree of living for the devil, the unrepentance, etc. Pretty slick way to seduce more folks into following the critters as Pied Piper.

4. We know from a number of insider whistle blowers that the critters lie--evidently routinely.

5. We know from Scripture that the END TIMES will be an era of a GREAT DECEPTION so slick and effective that WERE IT POSSIBLE, the very elect would be deceived as well.

6. We know from at least 100's, if not thousands of reports that some folks are healed of physical ailments--often life-threatening ailments via contact with the critters. imho, that's more seduction convincing that the critters are all benign to benevolent.

Seems like more of the same kinds of seductiveness, to me.

It’s amazing to me that in this day and age of almost everyone on the planet having a camera, that the only images we’ve ever seen are either out of focus and blurry or completely obvious fakes.

Well, I disagree with them about a coverup. As I said before, the threat of space monsters to national security would be the perfect excuse for dictatorial national and possibly world government. I'm frankly surprised the powers that be haven't fabricated a space monster ship along with a cooked up story about how strong and hostile the beings within were.

There might be space monsters somewhere out there in deep space. However, they aren't popping out of wormholes to say booga booga and then blast off into the night at unreal speed while black ops arrives seconds later to sweep up every molecule of evidence.

Official Within UFO Secrecy Management Group Reveals Secrets!

OFFICIAL WITHIN UFO SECRECY MANAGEMENT GROUP

REVEALS INSIDER SECRETS
By Richard J. Boylan, Ph.D., 1997

Dr. Michael Wolf has since 1979 served as consultant to the President and the National Security Council on extraterrestrial matters, and a member of the Majestic Twelve (MJ-12), UFO-secrecy management agency’s, Special Studies Group, and has been leader of its lead agency, the Alphacom Team. Previously he has served as an Air Force Colonel, pilot, flight surgeon and counter-intelligence officer for the CIA and NSA. He has an M.D. in Neurology, a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics and a D.Sc. in Computer Science. He is not a lightweight. Now dying of untreatable cancer, Dr. Wolf has decided to reveal what he has learned about the visiting extraterrestrial cultures to the world, “because we have a right to know.” His book, “The Catchers of Heaven” (1996) makes many well-informed revelations. [ISBN#: 0-8059-3907-5; available from Mandala Books, (888)497-2085.]

Dr. Wolf states that the most important mission objective of his Alphacom Team is resumption of negotiations with the visiting extraterrestrials. In the 1950s, the U.S. administration entered into treaty terms with the so-called Grey extraterrestrials from the fourth planet of the star system Zeta Reticuli, but these treaties were never ratified as Constitutionally required. The Greys shared certain of their technological advances with military/intelligence scientists, apparently often while prisoner “guests” within secure underground military installations in Nevada (Area 51) and New Mexico (Dulce Labs). The extraterrestrials have given the U.S. government some of their antigravity craft and a huge amount of fuel (Element 115). On May 1, 1975 during one such technology exchange in Nevada, a demonstration of a small ET antimatter reactor, the lead Grey asked the Colonel in charge of the Delta Forces guarding the ETs to remove all their rifles and bullets from the room, (so that they would not accidentally discharge during the energy emissions.) The guards refused, and in the ensuing commotion a guard opened fire on the Greys. One alien, two scientists and 41 military personnel were killed. One guard was left alive to attest that the ETs apparently used directed mental energy in self-defense to kill the other attacking Delta Forces. Dr. Wolf states that “this incident ended certain exchanges with (the Greys).”

Military/intelligence scientists learned cloning techniques from the extraterrestrials. After perfecting cloning techniques on animals, Dr. Wolf and his associates cloned an artificial-intelligence human being, “J-Type Omega”, as part of Project SENTINEL, an effort to create a superbright, superpowerful soldier who would follow orders without fear or question. The J-Type clone was terminated, because he would not follow an order to kill an innocent dog, because Dr. Wolf had surreptitiously programmed ethics into his artificial intelligence.

Wolf notes that the extraterrestrials are not comfortable with the world money and power brokers’ need for continuing world industrialization, which they see as headed towards planet-killing. Another of the Alphacom Team’s missions is to determine “whether we can use the ETs’ technology to restore this planet to its former pristine state of natural balance.” The ETs are also concerned about the massive proliferation of nuclear devices into many countries.

Wolf states that other missions of the MJ12SSG’s Alphacom Team are: to determine the number and types of ET visitors, the extent of visitation and the reasons, to learn about human interactions with extraterrestrials in the past and currently, the cultures of the various off world visitors, and how we can negotiate with them.

According to Dr. Wolf, several confederations of extraterrestrial civilizations are visiting us in loosely-coordinated fashion. These are: the Alliance (of human-looking ETs from the Altair Aquila system), the Corporate (of Greys from the Zeta Reticuli system), the Federation of Worlds (of unspecified races from many star systems), and the United Races of Orion (cultures from those star systems). Further, the Alliance is in affiliation with the Corporate and with the Federation of Worlds. The United Races of Orion are in affiliation with the Corporate, and, through them, with the Alliance and the Federation of Worlds.

Dr. Wolf told of learning during a high-level briefing in the UK that the Vatican had been applying pressure concerning the possible announcement by President Clinton of UFO visitation. Of specific Vatican concern was “whether he will make reference to the extraterrestrial biological entities’ data revealing in detail how religion was created and why.” Wolf comments, “Rich organized religions feel threatened by such an announcement.”

Perhaps Wolf’s most startling revelation is that within the UFO Cover-Up there is a dark, covert renegade organization known as the “Cabal”. He describes it as “well-orchestrated conspiratorial bevy of plotters... top-heavy with the military, and headed by (a Navy Under-Secretary).” The paranoiac Cabal works against, and deliberately undermines, the goals of peaceful negotiations with the extraterrestrial visitors. The Cabal uses Star Wars weapons to shoot down extraterrestrial spacecraft and overcome the ETS by military might.

Dr. Wolf concludes by stating, “In all of my preparation as a scientist, nothing ever prepared me for our visitors. We must understand the complexity of the various forces at work on this planet, and yes, on others. Let us not forget multi-dimensionality and space-time distortions, and the spirituality we must regain. I feel I must also mention that spirituality is gaining strength on this planet, this Sol Three. But also is the evil. We have the power to sanction whatever is... for a better good for mankind.”

There’s quite a debunking article under it on the thread.

I suspect there are plausible explanations that could leave part, much or none of the original true . . . this is, after all, a field of smoke and mirrors and disinformation.

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

I will likely be posting lots of gleanings on the topic from around the net today.

HAVE A BLESSED THANKSGIVING, ALL.

Would appreciate knowing more clearly how your mind works on this.

Given the Brigader General’s rank, status, position, role, wealth of sources and resources at many levels of government and throughout the defense establishment there . . .

What exactly do you say to yourself to convince yourself that you know more than he does about the topic?

Because perfect multinational conspiracies to hide the existance of space monsters don't exist. The don't exist because :

1. That many people can't keep their mouths shut.

2. Space monsters are not traveling through wormholes to abduct humans.

3. If space monsters actually were engaging in activity (2), government would tell us about it because we would get scared and give them more power and money to protect us from space monsters. Governments like power and money.
