Sometime, when things are less hectic, I’d be interested in what your dressing recipe is for turkeys. I like cornbread with nuts, etc. However, one of my best . . . one year I had brown rice, wild rice, nuts, onions, shallots, giblets (liver, i.e.) and water chestnuts. Was great. I can ‘sage out’ real easily.

That sounds wonderful! My husband makes the dressing these days, traditional and yummy, one with oysters.
